Good service in the middle of the old quarter.
Pros:

The location is central and easy to access food, sight seeing and more. The morning breakfast was delicious with great options and very filing. Every staff member was very nice and helpful. Thor goes above and beyond to help with any needs you may have. We stayed on the lake side and our room was as quiet as you could hope while still being in the middle of it all.

Cons:

No complaints!

Un des plus bel hôtel !
Pros:

Ce séjour a été exceptionnel ! Le lieu, la propreté, la taille du lit XXXL, mais surtout le personnel d’une extrême gentillesse, merci tout particulièrement à Thor (qui a été au petit soin avec moi car je ne me sentais pas bien alors que nous avions déjà quitté la chambre le matin)
Merci pour tout, c’est grâce à vous le personnel que cet hôtel est parfait !!

Pros:

Very big airy rooms, clean, super helpful and polite, overall very sweet staff, big shoutout to Thor. Lovely lake views and it is in a rather quieter side of Hoan Kiem while being super close to it.

Hôtel intimiste pour un séjour d’exception
Pros:

L’accueil de Thor, tout simplement EXCEPTIONNEL : à l’écoute des mois avant notre arrivée et pendant tout notre séjour. Il a organisé pour nous un départ pour Tam Coc en limousine. Voyage impeccable. MERCI Thor❤️

Une TRÈS belle adresse au coeur de ville.
Pros:

2ème séjour à la belle maison. Emplacement, décor et accueil toujours exceptionnel. Un lieu avec une âme et seulement 6 chambres : le rêve! Merci à Thor, au jeune garçon présent le soir et la dame si gentille qui prépare de délicieux petits déjeuners.

Cons:

Rien. Tout est parfait, y compris le fait d’être au- dessus d’une supérette c’est parfait! Je préfère personnellement les chambres avec balcon côté rue mais elles ont toutes un charme fou.

We liked the hotel and location so much we stayed here twice!
Pros:

Location, location, location! Our room with balcony faced Hoàn Kiem Lake. It was fun to watch the people and the scenery from our private balcony. The bed was firm but comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and huge! The desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

Cons:

No elevator but staff were always incredibly helpful with bringing our luggage upstairs and downstairs for us.

Very good and location perfect
Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a view of the lake at breakfast. We also happened to be there during Lunar New Year so the rooftop terrace was extra great to see the lighthouses.
Thor and his colleagues were incredibly helpful with everything and really pampered us.
Will definitely stay here if I come back.

L'emplacement idéal. Comme de la douceur posée au milieu du chaos de Hanoï.
