It was an amazing stay, great value, and a perfectly located. Thor and his staff made sure evrything was taken care of. On my early flight they even had a goodie bag with breakfast in it ready for me. I have stayed in multiple so called '10 star' review hotels in Hanoi where they force you to leave a good review after your stay, but this hotel is actually worth the 10 stars!

I really appreciate all the staff for their great service. They were all very well-trained and professional. As a hotel receptionist myself, their hospitality really made me rethink what great hospitality means.

The room was lovely, and I especially loved the balcony. The lake view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was also great, and the rooftop at night was such a nice place to relax.

Overall, I absolutely loved this place and would definitely come back again!

Great little boutique hotel overlooking the lake and just on the edge of the old town, a couple of streets away from the noise and crowds. Perfect location for exploring Hanoi, and the manager Thor and his team are extremely helpful when organising tours or transport, and were always attentive, friendly and professional.

The property was in a great location. Right on the north end of lake in the old quarter. The entrance was inside a circle k which may sound strange but it was very convenient for grabbing drinks and snacks on our way in or out. The room was beautiful with a huge copper claw foot tub. Shower had great water pressure. The room had a fridge and a safe. The balcony looked out over the lake. The traffic was a bit noisy right outside but ear plugs were by the bedside in case we wanted them. The staff was beyond fabulous. Someone was on site quite literally outside our door 24/7 for anything we needed and to see that no one who wasn’t a guest came in. Tang took incredible care of us while we were there. Offered great advice on where to eat and the sights to see. He helped us get a reservation at a nice restaurant right next door to our hotel and an appointment at a spa at a sister hotel. So polite so kind. His counterpart Louis was also a great help when serving breakfast and saw we were well taken care of. This was an excellent stay.

Escondite en pleno corazón de Hanoi. Tienes que superar la prueba de acceder al hotel por un supermercado, pero una vez lo superas y accedes, entras en la habitación, percibes que estas en un lugar diferente. Buen tamaño de la habitación, una terraza que daba al lago, fantástica ubicación. El trato recibido por el staff, especialmente de Thor. Facilidades para toda la estancia y necesidades. Tuvimos que adelantar nuestra llegada y nos reservaron una habitación en un hotel cercano. Que tambien recomiendo. Desayunamos dos días en ese hotel, planta 10 con unas vistas increíbles de la ciudad. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

The location of this comfy and well facilitated hotel was amazing, so close to Hoan Kiem lake and the balcony facing the street were very enjoyable. Staff was super nice and helpful and they served us a delicious breakfast.
