La Belle Maison

Habitación y vistas preciosas en un hotel mucho más hogareño que la mayoría de los que he visto en Hanoi. Un personal educado y atento. Volveríamos sin duda.

I really loved the interiors of this boutique hotel. The team is extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. The location is walking-distance to most places that tourists would want to see. I loved the balcony. The breakfast is great quality. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

スタッフの方の気配りホスピタリティが最高でした。100年以上の歴史ある建物ですが、手入れが行き届いていて気持ちよく過ごすことができました。インテリアや花瓶に生けられた生花も素敵でした。また、大きなバスタブで旅の疲れが癒されました。立地は抜群ですが、なかなか目につかない場所にあります。隠れ家的なホテル、朝食もおいしかった！また訪れたいです！

The hotel was great. The location was perfect and we upgraded to a lake view which was worth it. Although right in the Old Quarter we found it exceptionally quiet. The minute we arrived we knew we'd found a wee hidden gem. The staff were exceptional and were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a feast served in a room with a view. There is a roof top area which gives fantastic views. It's got a quirky entrance through a Circle K store. We are so glad we found this hotel. It really made our stay in Hanoi.

The staff, the rooms, the location , the view, breakfast, the rooftop.. All superb. Thank you Thor, Loki, Louis and all the staff . Our family had a most wonderful stay. We had plenty of space in our rooms and were made very welcome.

全てが最高のホテルでした。
一番感動したのは、スタッフの方の親切な心遣いです！！10点ではなく100点付けたいくらいです…
以下に良かった点をまとめるので、ホテルを検討中の方の参考になれば幸いです。

○設備○
水回りも全て清潔感があり、とても過ごしやすかったです。シャワーもお湯がすぐ出るし、水圧も問題なしでした。エアコンの効きも十分でした。
○立地○
街のど真ん中なため、飲食店お土産屋さん、ビアストリートなど全て徒歩圏内で観光に便利でした。
○雰囲気○
高級感があり、とっても気分良く過ごすことができました。
よく、写真は高級感があるのに、実際行ってみるとボロかったり安っぽかったりすることがありますが、ここは写真通り。部屋の天井が高くて重厚感のある建物で、過ごすことができます。(築100年の歴史的な建造物みたいです。)
○朝食○
4種類のコースで選んで、更にそこから細かく飲み物などを選択できる朝ごはんでした。
フルーツもたくさんで、とても美味しかったです。
量がとても多く、男性の方でも十分満足できる量だと思います。
6F？のダイニングが満席で、屋上のテラスで頂いたのですが、ホアンキエム湖を眺めながらの朝食はとってもロマンチックでした。
○スタッフ○
今までたくさん旅行してきて色々なタイプのホテルに泊まりましたが、一番親切で温かい対応をしてくれました。(甘えちゃっていいのかなと、こちらが心配になるくらい親切でした)
スタッフの方がこのホテルを愛していて、宿泊客によい思い出を作ってほしいという強い気持ちが伝わる本当に温かいホテルだと思います。
私の不注意で怪我をしてしまった時、応急処置のガーゼや消毒液などを買ってきてくださいました。おかげで無事飛行機に乗ることができました。
その他にも細やかなことに気遣ってくださって、本当に感謝しています。
Thorさん、眼鏡をかけた男性のスタッフの方(名前が分からずすみません)、本当にありがとうございました。

忘れられない旅の良い思い出が出来ました。
今回は最終日の一泊のみの滞在だったのですが、次回ハノイに行く際はぜひ連泊で泊まりたいです。

Lo and behold, my week-long stay at La Belle Maison exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was good and can be customized to your liking. The staff was very attentive and tried to be a step ahead of any guest needs. The rooms are very clean and the interior design is lovely.

We loved both our stays at La Belle Maison. We loved the location overlooking Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. We also enjoyed staying above the Circle K, especially since the staff helped carry the luggage up to the room and back down at time of departure. Twice, they even walked our luggage to a bus waiting for us for a tour, and to the taxi when it was time to fly home. They were all amazingly kind and helpful. Breakfast overlooking the lake was a great way to start the day, with more food than it was possible to eat. The rooms were clean and cozy. This would not, however, be a good place to stay if have difficulty climbing stairs! Otherwise, highly recommend!

Très bon accueil. Personnel attentif et de très bon conseil. La chambre a beaucoup de charme et la vue dégagée sur le lac est un vrai plus. Excellent petit déjeuner, mention particulière pour le café et le smoothie banane. A noter: la superette au rez de chaussée est pratique pour s équiper pour la journée. Nous recommandons La Belle Maison.

I loved this property, the furnishings were excellent and the location was perfect.
The best thing about it was the staff, especially Thor. They could not have been more accommodating. We got a free upgrade because it was my birthday and on my actual birthday they got me a cake. Thor even arranged for us to get freshened up in a sister hotel following our check out.
I can not recommend this place enough and when I come back to Hanoi I will be staying here again,

The staff are wonderful.

The staff (Thor and Louis) were beyond accommodating and made me and my spouse feel so welcome. Amazing communication and above and beyond service. We loved that they were able to reach out to our tour guide to make sure all of our pickups went smoothly. I cant recommend this location enough.

Camera e colazione

Beautiful, spacious and elegant classically designed rooms. If on the lake side of the building, the views are amazing and location couldn’t be better to explore the old town and watch the world go by underneath. Very friendly staff and excellent, generous breakfast with even better views from the restaurant.

This is an amazing find. If you can book it do. It is a small boutique hotel where the staff are super friendly and helpful especially Mr Thor. We had an amazing room with a free standing bath and a balcony overlooking the lake. Large room with lovely wooden furniture and details. Great air con. Breakfast was served on the 6th floor with views across the lake and was huge!

The hotel's a very cozy boutique place with only 6 rooms total, but they have lovely rooms with a nice porch and a rooftop area to relax while you watch the traffic go by around Old Quarter. It's also located above a Circle K, which may or may not be a plus for some, but the novelty was nice for us.

More importantly, the hospitality from the staff members were warm and friendly - coupling this with the boutique nature of the property made it much more interpersonal, and I'd really recommend to choose this place if it's available! I'd definitely be back here on my next trip to Hanoi :-)
