Pros:

Es war alles einfach super, das Personal sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich hier gut aufgehoben. Unser Baby musste eines Abends ins Krankenhaus und das Personal stand uns sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. DANKE für alles.

Вполне комфортное место для семьи с детьми
Pros:

В номере было все необходимое для приготовления еды, кроме микроволновки, но все можно было приготовить на газовой плите и в духовке. Огромный холодильник куда поместились все продукты. В шаговой доступности несколько магазинов, где есть все необходимое. В каждой комнате работал тихий кондиционер. Двуспальная кровать очень удобная и просторная. Был выход из спальни на небольшой балкон с видом на горы, где прекрасно можно было попить кофе. Бассейн квадратный средних размеров, детям очень понравилось нырять и играть в мяч. Была горячая вода и хороший напор в душе. На территории чисто, много цветов. Есть велосипеды для прогулок и поездки в магазин.

Cons:

В ванной комнате был полумрак, недостаточно освещения. Расположение отеля вдали от дорог, до пляжа лучше ездить на авто.

Парень на рецепшене помогал во всех вопросах. Спокойно. Хороший бассейн.

Cons:

Сами апартаменты в целом неплохие: светлые, просторные, с панорамными окнами. Но хотелось бы отметить, что уборка оставила желать лучшего — посуда была плохо вымыта. Мебель в спальне (шкаф и кровать) в рабочем состоянии, но уже выглядит устаревшей, дверцы шкафа закрываются не совсем хорошо. В целом чувствуется некоторая неухоженность. Если бы уровень уборки и ухода за апартаментами был выше, впечатление было бы значительно лучше.

Everything was great. Friendly personal. Helped with airport transfer. Very clean pool. Beautiful view of the mountains and very quiet. There is a barbecue area. I recommend.

Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, proche des commerces, restaurants et de la plage (voiture recommandée). Personnel très aimable. Petite structure agréable avec une grande piscine calme et peu fréquentée. Séjour reposant !

Cons:

Dommage que les espaces extérieurs ne soient pas mieux exploités — l’hôtel a un vrai potentiel. Une déco plus chaleureuse serait un plus.

Mr. Cem is a very hardworking, reliable and flexible gentleman that has looked after us very well.
You will need some transportation if you have chosen this place to stay.

Cons:

Having late dinners with friends by the pool not a good idea as acoustics will prompt some complaints. Again, thanks for Cem for his delicate manner of handling this.

Pros:

There are swimming pool, barbeque zone, terraces. For 3 stars hotel, it's very well. We had Jam as manager (sorry if I make mistake). Best manager of hotel, which I've ever seen. He asked our questions and supported if we had need something.
Barbeque zone with 5 places for fire with friendly cats =) I've taste the meat on barbeque at the first time in my life and it was incredible !
Our apartments had been cleared before our arrival !

Cons:

We lived on 2 flat , and we can't catch wi-fi :(

Pros:

I was a guest there for seven nights at the end of August. The staff were very kind and helpful. The sheets and towels were clean

Cons:

In the bathroom, a large amount of black fungus was observed on the wall and floor. The toilet seat was broken. And the last guests of the trip came who did not have swimsuits and went into the water in normal clothes. (because of hijab)
