Melanie was a great host, she introduced to the local social club for food and drinks.
She made sure we had everything we needed.

Mel the manager was very accommodating despite my very late arrival. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my room.

Good location in the town.
I paid for the front room with view and was moved at the last minute due to someone else needing a room. The town itself doesn't offer much and food and drinks offerings were very basic. Expensive for facilities in hotel.

Smelt old & musty
The host was rude and was very abrupt and asked for payment straight away, then another lady came and asked for payment as I was checking on my phone if payments had been made.
The whole place stunk and had such a disgusting stench, the decor is hideous and very out dated.
I have travelled and stayed at a few places and have never been treated with such disrespect. Awful place.
Mel was a very friendly helpful host. This is quite a quirky property the downstairs area does need some work but the room upstairs was lovely, it was very clean the bed was very comfortable and despite the air conditioner not working, which Mel told us about when we arrived, we had a lovely breeze through the open window. We also had good wifi connection. The safe is something else, and the camel painting over the bath and shower was quite endearing. Mel took us to the local club and signed us in so we could have dinner very entertaining lady.
