Expensive paid parking.
Breakfast - excellent, freshly prepared and Hot on arrival.
Bathroom - Suggest installing a Shower Screen.
Location was very central and the staff are friendly, with a good car park.
The bed wasn't comfortable and the price of the room was surprisingly high.

It felt like it was over staffed at times (didn’t realise at the time it was a training hotel we wasn’t made aware of this at all) not much to have for continental breakfast but the cooked breakfast was beautiful! More information about what’s near by would have been great.
The excellent customer care and location.
Very polite and kind staff to me and my dog, my dog got a free sausage every morning for his breakfast. The breakfast was great every morning with out fail. The location was great. Close to the sea front for walks in the morning and also in the other direction was minehead high street which had all the food places and shops you needed.
The bedside counters were a tad dusty but nothing major.

No usb ports. No streaming on TV. Cafetiere provided which is great but the coffee for it was terrible.

It wasn't a dislike, but in the interest of the review, a dripping shower that others had moaned about. However, this was easily resolved by adjusting the selection lever on the tap, to allow the drip to leave the tap and not the showerhead
