Star Gaze Lodge

Best accommodation we stayed at in Sri Lanka! Breakfast was served with the most amazing, scenic view. Calm surroundings with walking distance to Ella center. The hosts were very welcoming and relaxed while at the same time provided really good service. The breakfast was good as well.

Het uitzicht wat je hier krijgt is werkelijk fantastisch !!!! We hadden een privé terras waar iedere ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt werd gebracht met uitzicht. De eigenaresse is onwijs vriendelijk en gastvrij, spreekt uitstekend Engels en geeft leuke tips en aanraders voor de omgeving. De kamers waren super schoon en modern, met een fijne mini koelkast. 100% aan te raden.

Wow the location of this property was so amazing. Truly breathtaking views of both Ella peak and Little Adams Peak. It was so lovely to relax in the room and the balcony soaking up these views, it was hard to leave.
The room was large, and a big beautiful bathroom. The breakfasts were also delicious and very big. Only a 5-10 minute walk restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Such an incredible view! The room was really comfortable and we loved having breakfast looking out over the hills each morning. The location was fantastic - just 5 mins walk from the main town but felt so quiet and calm.

Everything about Star Gaze Lodge is excellent, from the breathtaking view of Ella Rock and down the valley to the delicious breakfast prepared by Waruna. Teesha had very clear and prompt communication before, during and even after which was much appreciated. The room was very clean, bed extremely comfortable and wifi excellent. Waking up to the birds and squirrels and having breakfast on the balcony was very special. It is only a short walk into town and you can even walk to Nine Arch Bridge and Little Adams Peak. I would most definitely recommend this stay. Thanks Teesha and Waruna

Красивый вид с терассы. Ради красоты в Эллу и поехал. В номере даже бинокль обнаружился. Отличный завтрак.
Центральная улица в пешей доступности. Да и до Малого пика Адама и Zipline, и девятиарочного моста дойти можно при желании.

Spotless, great views, very friendly helpful staff, personal touches made a difference

We had a wonderful stay at Star Gaze Lodge. The room was comfortable and clean and had incredible views of Ella. The staff were so lovely and attentive with lots of great recommendations. The town of Ella is just a short 5 minute walk away. I would really recommend staying here.

The location is perfect for exploring Ella Rock and Little Adam’s Peak. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the main street while still being very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is generous and the view is stunning. The room is clean and spacious.
The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly book it again.
