1 van de managers was erg onvriendelijk. Er zou een slaapplek voor onze chauffeur worden geregeld. Echter hij moest op de grond slapen. Voor de 2e nacht zou een betere slaapplek worden geregeld. Echter hetzelfde geval maar nu met een dekentje erbij. Heb ze erop aangesproken maar manager bleef maar discussiëren. In de ochtend hadden wij ontbijt besteld om 8:00. Het zou 10-15 minuten duren. Deze kwam maar niet. Meerdere keren maar ze toegelopen om te vragen. Uiteindelijk hebben we geen ontbijt gehad omdat we weg moesten. Ook uitchecken was een drama. Pas om 9:15 uitgecheckt zonder ontbijt waarvoor we wel betaald hebben. Ook moest er contant worden afgerekend terwijl er was aangegeven dat we met betaalkaart konden afrekenen. Al met al drama. Niet geschikt voor internationale gasten. Zou mij niet verbazen dat de goede reviews nep zijn!

Poor quality service. No facilities and cleaniless was very poor. Lot of bugs in the room, towels & curtains were dirty. Bathroom was very small and not designed well.

Absolutely Nothing. A terrible stay.
This hotel is not at a level to host international clients. The shower sprayed the hotel refused to fix it from the first day. The hot water is switched off and we had cold showers on both days. The aircon is also controlled by the hotel and is switched off all the time. The rooms had a horrible smell and were full of mosquitoes. Rooms were cleaned very superficially. And when you request for towels or anything, it never arrives even if you keep calling. Communication in English is a huge challenge. There isn't any options for breakfast, and it's a standard menu whether you eat what's provided or not. Rooms have no windows. It was a terrible experience, and we ended up taking ill due to the cold showers. We also struggled to get a payment receipt upon check out. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
This is a small hotel with only about 8 rooms in four floors. The rooms were nice and clean and well maintained. Room size was also ok. Clean bed linen and towels were provided. In the morning, however, sun shine is too bright as the window seems to face the easterly direction.
Very poor service. The service person take enormous amount of time to attend to your needs. The break-fast is supposed to be included in the rent. But you have no choice about the menu and have to eat whatever and whenever the cook prepares. There are no other restaurants near by and so you are in a catch 22 situation.
