Cons:

While our stay, the pool was closed from 7.00am to 1.00pm for pool maintanace.They could have scheduled the pool maintenance during pool off hours.

Globally very good
Pros:

Very Nice Hotel to take a rest near of the center and the view mall.
Very Good Staff and helpful
One of the highlights of my stay was the calm and quiet atmosphere.
The swimming pool is not very large, but I particularly appreciated that the water stayed refreshingly cool despite the hot weather.

Cons:

The shower in the bathroom is installed at an inconvenient height, and I need to pay attention to avoid hitting my head.
The breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of fruits and ensuring better overall quality.

I would also appreciate having omelets prepared fresh upon request. In addition, fried eggs were not available during breakfast, and including them would enhance the breakfast experience.
I would have appreciated having an outdoor shower near the swimming pool to encourage guests to rinse off before entering the water.

It would also be beneficial to ensure that only appropriate swimwear is permitted in the pool area. For hygiene and comfort reasons, guests should use proper swimming attire and avoid entering the pool wearing cotton clothing or other non-swimming garments.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel in Riyadh. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank one of the restaurant supervisors from Tunisia. And Aleem He is very kind, supportive, and provides excellent service to guests.
