The experience was pathetic. Facing so many issues related to changing the booking date and the time of checkout. No one is available to support from the backend team.

The backend team is not available to support changes to the booking date or payment link. They just put your phone on IVR every time, and that machine repeats the same thing again and again

Worst hotel. Need my refund

Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

One of the worst hotels I have even taken. Please don't come here I beg you. I had taken two days of stay here. Many points I want to tell here. The rooms costed be 4k per day, which is expensive.
1) The glasses and tea flask were really not clean, i could see brown marks.
2) The bedsheet had hairs, and they were not fully white.
3) There is no shampoo, there is only body liquid soap.
4) Hot water used to take 5 min to come. It was really bad.
5) There waa no brush and paste kept. I had to request them.
6) There is height of 5 inches when you go to toilet. Because of that I fell twice. Even my friend fell. So its worst architecture.
7) lift is tiny, so difficult to take in luggage.
8) One light wasn't working.
9) After I took permission to leave, they again called me saying you didn't pay half amount. But i had paid it before i entered. They tried to fool me. But later after i said i have proof, they told ok.
10) there is no fridge for that expensive price.
11) The tv had all apps like netflix, Amazon prime but non had subscription, so its waste.
12) I saw the onwner scolding the employees and shouting at them. Thats very bad sign.
13) Not even one mat outside the toilet.
14) The tea bags were not renewed, even if i was there for two days.

Clean, affordable place perfect for those seeking simplicity.
Pros:

Treebo in MajiwadaThane was a clean, affordable option. It had comfortable beds and were decent sized rooms. As a westerner I appreciated the division between the toilet and the shower in the bathroom - a small feature that has a big impact on the overall cleanliness and comfort during our stay.
The staff, especially Paul, were extremely accommodating. On top of facilitating different needs during the stay, they also helped to forward a package to us in the UK!

Cons:

The location is quite far from Mumbai - about an hour in the taxi. We were fine with the rooms we stayed in but others might think it basic. Cleanliness of the bedding was an issue - but we had this problem across India - grey sheets rather than white and some stains, which made us question when it was washed.
