IT: Tutto. La camera che ci hanno dato non rispecchia minimamente quella scelta. Abbiamo fatto il check-out 15 minuti dopo il check in e abbiamo cercato un altro alloggio. Una volta rientrati in Italia abbiamo chiesto il rimborso della somma tramite booking e la struttura non risponde nemmeno a loro. Non veniteci.
ENG: Everything. Room we were given was far different than the one we booked. checked out after 15 minutes after checking in and found another accomodation. Once came back to Italy we asked for a refund via booking and they're not responding even to booking. Don't come here.

Frühstück und Restaurant war nicht sehr einladend

The room had no view, which was disappointing. The stovetop was quite old and difficult to use, as it wasn’t clear how to adjust the heat. The flat appears to have been reconfigured, with an emergency exit passing through it, resulting in unusually narrow walls. It also felt odd that parts of it were built over parquet flooring.

Noise was a major issue: whenever someone used the emergency exit—often to go outside to smoke—it sounded as if they were walking inside the room. The door was particularly disruptive, as opening or closing it caused loud vibrations, almost like a small earthquake.

Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom lacks proper ventilation—a fan is definitely needed.

Les marches de l'escalier avant de rentrer dans l'hôtel sont assez hautes mais à part ça je n'ai rien à signaler

Μόλις μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο είχε μια άσχημη μυρωδιά , από υπόνομο .
Θα μπορούσαν να αλλάζουν τις σακούλες σκουπιδιών και τουαλέτας αν όχι κάθε μέρα τουλάχιστον κάθε 2 ημέρες .
Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται μεταξύ 2 μπαρ/κλαμπ που σημαίνει το βράδυ είχε θόρυβο από μουσική (φυσικά δεν ευθύνεται το ξενοδοχείο για αυτό ) , επίσης για να πας στην πλατεία Ταξιμ θέλει να ανέβεις μια τεράστια ανηφόρα .

Για 6 μέρες έπρεπε να έχουν στείλει να καθαρίσουν τα δωμάτια και το χαρτί υγείας μας το έδιναν με το σταγονόμετρο

I stayed at this hotel last year and had such a good experience that we decided to come back. Unfortunately, this time everything was twice as expensive while the quality was much worse. It felt like the management had changed — everything from cleanliness to breakfast was very disappointing for such a high price.
We were first given a small ground-floor room with a window facing a wall, and the third person had to sleep on an armchair, which was not suitable at all. The room was dirty and worn out. Everything was broken, even the elevator did not worked the last day. Walls are so thin you can hear all of the voices. The second room was on the first floor had a view of what looked like a garbage area. There was barely any toilet paper at first, and although the kitchen had dishes, there was no sponge or detergent (the staff kindly provided it when I asked, but said it’s not normally included).
Breakfast was very poor — not even eggs on the first morning, and the coffee machine was replaced with instant coffee. One staff member in the kitchen was also quite rude.
The only positive thing was the very kind and helpful reception staff. Overall, it is not worth the money.
