Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, ruhige Atmosphäre, großes Apartment, wenige Schritte zum Taxim Platz mit Metro und Bushaltestellen. Rund um Kleine Geschäfte mit alltäglichen Bedarfsartikeln und Lebensmitteln.
Beim Frühstück sehr ruhige Atmosphäre, ausreichendes Angebot, Gemüse, Würstchen, alles frisch!

Pros:

The location was very close to Taksim Square. However, the apartment is located downhill, so you have to walk up a steep hill every day to reach Taksim. It may be difficult for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues.

Cons:

The apartment has only one air conditioner in the living room, while the bedroom has no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean. The staff experience was inconsistent—one staff member was friendly and helpful, while another was not helpful at all. The breakfast was very poor. I only had breakfast there for the first two days, and for the remaining ten days we chose to eat in our room instead.

Good price for a genuine feeling hotel in a quieter part Istanbul.

Cons:

There's a night club just above the hotel. It could be a problem for a light sleeper.

Расположение отеля очень удобно. Недалеко от площади Таксим и станции метро.Поблизости большое количество магазинов,ресторанов и точек фаст-фуда. Пристань находится очень близко,там же трамвай,обратно возвращаться удобно на фуникулёре.

Cons:

Был заявлен завтрак с 8.30 до 10.30. Если в 9.30 на блюдах уже ничего не было,персонал говорил:"Финиш!" Не было даже яиц, молока и хлеба. На столе оставался укроп,острый перец, остатки сыра и растворимый кофе....Вот как хочешь, так и завтракай этими продуктами. В номере из посуды были две чашки,одна кастрюля и одна сковорода размером на 2 яйца. То есть в номере позавтракать тоже не получится.В номерах курить запрещено, при входе есть специальное место для курения,но во всем отеле очень пахнет табаком,видимо,администрация не делает замечания гостям

Great place, great location, I'd definitely stay again!
Pros:

Great location although there is a slight hike up some uneven stairs to get from the street to the hotel front door. There is an elevator for upper floors, which is nice (not all have). Great A/C! and I love having a washing machine. The breakfast was simple but adequate to start the day, having a kitchenette in my suite was a big bonus. The 24 staff is very nice as well, I left early in the morning and the desk clerk was there to help me.

Cons:

Slight negative is that the TV is "smart only", I couldn't find any local programming and didn't want to use my home Netflix, etc, so I couldn't really use it, but this seems to be a trend with a lot of places.

Vi har haft en fantastisk ferie på dette hotel og kan varmt anbefale det. Fra start til slut har personalet taget rigtig godt imod os og sørget for, at vi følte os velkomne.

Lejligheden var flot, rummelig og velholdt med to badeværelser, hvilket gjorde opholdet ekstra komfortabelt.

Allerede inden vi ankom, havde jeg en god dialog med receptionen. Jeg kan desværre ikke huske alle navnene, men alle medarbejdere var respektfulde, servicemindede og utroligt venlige. En særlig tak skal lyde til Ilyas. Inden vores ferie hjalp han os med et eSIM-kort, som han sendte et par dage før vores ankomst, så vi havde internet med det samme, da vi landede.

Ilyas gjorde virkelig alt, hvad han kunne, for at give os den bedst mulige oplevelse, og det satte vi stor pris på. Tusind tak til ham og resten af personalet for deres gæstfrihed og professionelle service.

Cons:

Den eneste lille ulempe var, at man skulle gå op og ned ad trapper og bakker for at komme rundt. Det er dog en del af områdets terræn og ikke noget, hotellet kan gøre noget ved.

Очень близко к прогулочной улице и главным достопримечательностям( со стороны галатской башни), но было тихо; номер 4х местный, спальня с кроватью и зал с 2мя диванами, стиральная машинка есть и работает!) , сушилка в наличии, кухня со всем необходимым

Cons:

Кондиционер только в зале, с него упал большой кусок льда; холодильник большой, но мы так и не смогли включить, просили персонал- так никто и не отреагировал; в целом нормально, если не придираться

Attention please Don't book this hotel 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Cons:

The personal was impolite and racist against Arab and he's happy to tell us that he's racist, last day of checking out they take our deposit for something broken in shower room and it was broken from the first day of our arrival and we tell them about it and they said ok we know don't worry, then last day they said no we broken it. It was the worst hotel never seen in my life.
Services are bad 👎 very bad, don't book this hotel you will regret it.
Message for booking: delete this hotel from your hotel's lists, this hotel didn't respect any criteria of good standing and doesn't live up to the hotels description.
