La vue exceptionnelle , la chambre, la propreté,la décoration , la douceur et le moelleux de l'immense lit, le petit déjeuner merveilleux , la gentillesse du Monsieur . A surtout ne pas manquer si vous passer en Albanie . Ça sera un de mes plus beaux souvenirs ici . Merci encore. 🥰

at the beginning it was strange driving there, but once you are there - you enjoy the facility, the views and especially the food (we had both dinner and breakfast)

We were looking for a nice place to spend our last night before flying out from Tirana — and we’re so glad we found this hidden gem! The building is beautiful, full of charm and character, and everything feels thoughtfully designed. Our room was spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated, mixing rustic style with modern comfort.

The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, full of flavor, beautifully presented, and made with fresh local ingredients.

And that sunset view over Durrës? Simply unforgettable.

A peaceful, stylish retreat with wonderful hospitality — the perfect way to end our trip. Highly recommended!

This amazing place completely blew me away, I was not expecting a villa so peaceful and beautiful. We came with the idea to visit Durres but decided to stay and enjoy the spectacular view and cuisine. I was sad to leave the next day and wish I could have stayed longer. Everything was just perfect, the location, charming staff, delicious food, comfortable room, etc. This was by far the best place we stayed in during our Balkan road trip. I hope to return one day and I wish Sacro e Profano a lot of success and to last a long time!

Wunderschöner Ansitz umgeben von Olivenhainen. Herrliche Terasse mit Fernblick. Chef Giovani steht selber in der Küche und serviert Abendessen auf Gourmetniveau zu guten Preisen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und auf top Niveau. Hervorzuheben ist ist die Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft von Chef Giovani.
Man schläft in sehr schönen, komfortablen Zimmern im Landhausstil. Meine absolute Empfehlung

Sehr gute moderne Ausstattung, freundliches Personal, wunderschöne Aussicht. Phantastische Küche zu wirklich angemessenen, nicht überteuerten Preisen. Außerdem sehr süße Katzen :-)

Tutto molto curato, pulito e ben gestito. Il posto è meraviglioso, sembra un casolare toscano (anche le colline intorno sembrano toscane!) a poca distanza da Tirana.

Un casale toscano tra gli ulivi, con una splendida terrazza per la cena e la colazione.
Ottima cena in un ambiente intimo e romantico.
Giovanni è stato un grande ospite, simpatico, competente e … amante della storia. Un piacere chiacchierare con lui e farsi consigliare che cosa visitare.

Beautiful location with amazing views. Very laid back and organic and extremely relaxed approach. A very different experience.
The room was very comfortable and had an overhead fan which was a lovely contrast to air conditioning units.

Our stay at Sacro e Profano was magical. From the moment we arrived, we knew we made the right choice. This was exactly what we were looking and hoping for.

The design of the place is absolutely beautiful — every detail thoughtfully designed by Giovanni — with breathtaking views (360, as you’re on top of a hill).

Giovanni and his wonderful family, along with the entire staff, created such a warm and inviting environment. They went above and beyond, their kindness and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us.

The rooms were stunning — even more beautiful than the pictures — and the overall atmosphere struck the perfect balance between warm energy and peaceful recharging. The whole place is a blend of Albanian charm with touches of Tuscany. It felt intimate, authentic, and far from anything mass-produced.

Lastly, Giovanni’s food was another highlight and made with love.

We highly recommend it and would return in a heartbeat.

The building is beautiful, like a little bit of Tuscany in Albania! Perfectly situated just an hour from Tirana airport - great for a first or last night in Albania (or for several nights even). We arrived really late but the kitchen stayed open until we arrived, much appreciated - thank you!
