Cons:

The properties definitely not as same as Photos, completely worst infrastructure, and there is no ventilation in the room
The bathroom was broken from the ceiling, and there was choking in the water in both basin and toilet.
There was very weird smell coming for entire time. I had stayed.
I will definitely not recommend this place, especially if you’re coming with family, it is not value for money

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. NO Clean Rooms, No TV, No Room service, people who are working are not professional, they were not even bothered about anything, they didn't even speak properly. They made lot of noise in whole hotel and we could not sleep. The rooms were not as shown in pictures. To my surprise the name of the hotel was not same as the pictures. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. WORST HOTEL

I paid for the booking in advance and had the confirmation with me. But rude hotel staff denied to check me in. They wanted 2000 Rs. extra. They did not accept the booking. Very rude behavior. Will never ever book Fab again. Staff bluntly denied to check me in even after I showed them payment receipt and confirmation email. Very rude.
