While we were at the hotel, there was a leak from the air conditioner in one of the rooms. The entire room was flooded with water and our belongings also got wet. The staff did not respond and did nothing to help. In addition, we had to pay full price for the night. We expect a hotel of this level to take responsibility for even malfunctions.
It was a fantastic room exactly like the pictures. The staff were very nice and were very helpful. The location is good if you don't mind being away from the old quarter. Alot of expats in the area.
There was a kids cafe below my room that could be very loud.
The cleaners while did a great job sometimes came into my room without knocking. The time was quite early in the morning too. It gave me a shock the first couple of times. When I spoke to reception, they said I should be requesting cleaning so it shouldn't happen, but it happened my entire stay. While I appreciated the cleaning and thought they did great job, I wish there had been some warning in the beginning of the days they were coming.
The location is good. There is a convenient sore and coffee shop near by.
The room card did not work for the elevator.
I went out early to get coffee and had to climb up because no one at the front desk to swipe the elevator for me
The shower head is the master bedroom didn’t work well. There was no shower curtain, either.

Motorbike rental on site, free underground parking for guests.
Smelly bathroom and toilet. We had to buy a cleaning liquid and clean it ourselves, otherwise it was really uncomfortable to be inside the bathroom.
Staid in Vietnam for 3 weeks this was the best by far. Had everything you need.

The apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable and the staff was very very helpful. Special thanks to Hai Anh who showed us the apartments before we booked them and helped us with our still drying laundry when we were checking out. Great service overall! The location is also great. Many nice bars and restaurants in this calm neighbourhood within short distance of the busy city old town.
Some of the facilities in the room were not very well cleaned. There was some dust here and there. But it wasn't that bad.
This is a fantastic location if you want to be in Tay Ho with a family. We used the washing machine and enjoyed having two bedrooms and separate living space to relax. The apartment was very comfortable for us, it could just use a more thorough cleaning as it was dusty underneath and behind things.
Apartment had a nice layout. We liked that there was a TV in each room as we were jet lagged and wanted to chill out.
The apartment smelt of stale smoke. The floors were dirty and the leather sofa also felt dirty.
