The location was good, but we had no blankets until late and had very poor communication.

We didn’t get any blankets until 9:30 at night. We wanted to go to bed, but had to wait for the blankets. There was no coffee-just hot chocolate for the keurig.

Did not meet my expectations.
Pros:

Location was close to my favorite dock.
I had a quiet room.

Cons:

My room was not ready when I arrived, even though I received email saying my room was ready. I waited for an hour, being told three times my room would be ready in 20 minutes.
Wifi was off all day once. Lights in my rooms were off - had to call maintenance.

Great value in a great location...
Pros:

The check in is completely automated. At check in time, you get a text with a room number and door code with no need to go to the office or even talk to a person.

The building is completely remodeled with high quality and modern appointments and decorations. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The bed was great and comfortable.

The hotel is located within walking distance of everything in the local vicinity and an excellent value.

Cons:

Parking is very, very limited.

Pros:

Fantastic location for staying in Westport. The room was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve been in. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Great A/C and heating.

Cons:

Parking can be confusing, but it’s doable. Our room was not ready at the 4PM check in time, but off site staff was apologetic. There is a low sound barrier. You can hear noise from both indoors and outdoors.

Pros:

The room was more than expected for the cost. Full size refrigerator and stocked kitchen. Air conditioner was wall mounted and quiet. Comfortable bed. We will return.

Pros:

We like that it’s right in town and our room was right off the porch. We also liked that the room was separate from the living area.

Pros:

It was nice that everything was in walking distance. The room was clean and equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The thin walls didn't bother me one bit. The other guests were very respectful. I will definitely stay here again.

Great stay for a quick night before a 4a fishing charter
Pros:

Good price for a quick nights stay before going on a fishing charter. Clean and comfortable. Good AC. Right next to where I needed to go for my fishing trip.

Cons:

I arrived after hours and had a question about checking out early and where I could leave my car. Never heard back but I figured it out myself.

Trash not removed and dirty washcloth left in shower. Thin walls and doors made for a noisy stay. Lobby door lock did not work so lobby was left open all night.
