Great staff!

The hotel is still very good, but this time there were some maintenance work

The hotel is generally luxurious and clean, check-in and check-out are fast and they give you until 3 pm, its breakfast is good and it is distinguished by its wonderful location as it is located inside the Dubai Mall and through the elevators you can go to the mall via the Chinese market, but although its room is tidy, its defect is legitimate, which is that it is small and very similar to the rooms of London hotels

I stayed here for over two weeks. At the beginning I had some issues with the tv not working and the phone which the staff were happy to resolve.

The hotel is in a convenient location in walking distance to most of the attractions. The hotel lobby has coffee machine to make your own coffee and tea at any time.

Excellent Hotel. Reasonable price, perfect location, great quality gym and Sauna in locker room. Great breakfast. Fully recommend.

Amazing stay

EXCELLENT, and I’m a very critical new

Extremely professional reception staff. Clean rooms and very helpful room service, beautiful and picturesque interiors. I was given a room with a view on Burj Khalifa which was amazing. Food is amazing too. Across the street from Dubai Mall which is also amazing.

Property Itself was lovely and good value for money. However yet again VIP Expedia status “not recognised” on check in… after 10 mins of debate with reception finally got the upgrade that should come as standard with status.
Embarrassing having to discuss this with other people around. Only when I said I would get Expedia to contact the hotel she then magically sorted it. Not. Good experience on arrival which sets the tone of the stay. Such a shame as the hotel is a good 4 star and great location. I have still given a fair 4/5.

Best hotel in downtown dubai

A wonderful hotel connected to dubai Mall, the service was great and the rooms were new and clean, really enjed our stay.

Hotel recent (Février 2025) situé au cœur de Dubaï à côté du Dubaï Mall. Hôtel élégant sans être luxueux, personnel sympathique, localisation parfaite et accès au Mall par une passerelle.
Par contre les chambres sont un peu petites pour Dubaï, l’hôtel n’occupe que les premiers étages de la tour c’est à dire que les vues impressionnantes sont pour la partie « residence «  et pas hôtel, l’insonorisation avec le couloir n’est pas digne d’un hôtel neuf et la douche était dans une baignoire donc l’accès vraiment haut et large rendait son accès acrobatique
