voltarei outras vezes. Fui muito bem atendida.

Da localizaçao. Gostei muito do quarto, bem espaçoso.

Cons:

Do cafe da manha. Faltou opcoes de bolos. Minha netinha só come bolos. NAO havia nenhum bolo no dia da nossa hospedagem.

O serviço desleixado do estacionamento foi a impressão horrível que ficou
Pros:

gostei das instalações, a localização é muito boa para o que eu iria fazer, o café é oferecido a partir das 6:00 hs da manhã com boas opções mas infelizmente algumas opções começam mais tarde e para quem toma café cedo fica sem esses complementos.

Cons:

O estacionamento terceirizado e cobrado a parte. Apesar disto o pessoal da garagem e portaria não se entendem e o pessoal do estacionamento não mantem controle absoluto das entradas e saídas da garagem. Percebi isto ao pedir para carregarem oa minha camionete, que é híbrida plug in e a solicitação não foi atendida pois outro hospede havia para o carro para a carga elétrica e levou a chave e o mais absurdo que os garagistas não sabiam quem era o hospede. Um hotel bom mas um serviço desleixado do estacionamento ofusca as coisas boas que o hotel possui. Assim, pensarei muito antes de voltar a me hospedar SJ Premium Hotels by Atlantica.

Cons:

Na há água no frigobar. O hóspede precisa comprar a água no mercadinho da recepção (nos moldes do Íbis) e levar para o quarto. O quarto que reservei estava cheio de mosquito de banheiro quando entrei (aqueles que aparecem quando tem sujeira). Reclamei e o rapaz da recepção me transferiu de quarto. O serviço de manobristas deixa a desejar - tive que estacionar meu carro e retirar pela manhã porque não havia manobrista pra tal. Fiz uma experiência mas não vou ficar mais nesse hotel.

Pros:

O café da manhã é muito bom, bastante variado. Só fiquei frustrada porque servem mini pamonhas, mas as de doce acabam rápido e ficam apenas as de sal. A equipe diz que há muito alerta o hotel de que deveria comprar só pamonha doce, mas não adianta.

Mau cheiro do banheiro, barulho do ar-condicionado.
