Pésimo acceso
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la vista, la habitación colibrí es ideal para una familia grande

Cons:

Rentamos dos habitaciones más que olían demasiado a humedad, nos encontramos dos alacranes, muchas telarañas, las toallas olian a orina, la red de Internet deficiente, el sky no era nada amigable y sobre todo el acceso al hotel es una subida de terracota, misma que el vehículo que teníamos no pudo subir se atasco, si van personas de la tercera edad con muchísima dificultad y ayuda extrema logran subir

La decoración de las habitaciones y el baño son bonitas.

Cons:

1. El acceso al hotel es impracticable en coche. No está asfaltado y el camino tampoco está arreglado. Lleno de surcos y piedras. Llegamos por la noche y no pudimos llegar hasta la puerta. Gracias a Alan, que estuvo atento a nuestra llegada, tuvimos que dejar el coche a mitad de la cuesta. En la información del hotel debían avisar de eso.
2. Las camas no son cómodas y las sábanas son muy muy calurosas. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y ventilador, pero las sábanas no son las correctas para este tipo de clima.

Clean and spacious rooms. Road to hotel is not nice for driving.
Pros:

The room for 5 people was spacious and clean. The location is about 5 minutes walking to the main road in Mazunte so perfect.

The terrace is also nice and spacious. WiFi worked fine for leisure usage and tv had Netflix to connect your account.

Cons:

The roads driving to the hotel are rough. This should be made clear to guests and some guidance on how to arrive from behind the hotel.

Walking is fine even the roads are not nice but some like my friends may find the road too rough.

The towels are also pretty rough and the water pressure is very weak. Not a dealbreaker but would make the stay better.

I thought there would be A/C and there wasn't. Shower head is clogged, causing very low pressure and drain is clogged, causing standing water

Good price, good location

Cons:

There was no AC but this was clear in the listing. The directions are not clear to find the hotel so it took us a while to find it.

Stayed for a couple nights here whilst we explored Mazunte, a comfortable distance from the Main Street. Would stay here
Pros:

Great location, and air con worked well

Cons:

Nothing, there were complaints before about the road and dogs although we had no problems at all, they seem to have installed street lights and we came across no unpleasant dogs just really friendly ones.

A decent retreat from the heat
Pros:

It had good wifi (I took a 2 hour video meeting) and Air Conditioning that worked.

Cons:

The air conditioner was very very loud, the room was poorly laid out and furnished, water took a long time to heat up and then was unstable in temperature, the hotel is located at the end of a very gross dirt road that didn't feel safe late at night even to my (female) partner who's travelled alone in like 10 countries
