Pros:

Smelly Rooms, Charged extra, have to leave the rooms in the middle of night due to Rats and mosquitoes in the room. Booked triple rooms and got standard rooms. Ac was not working. Washrooms were unhygienic not cleaned. Room has no lock or key. Even worst than. Looks like total brothel

Cons:

Booking.com should unlist such properties from portal. I am filing a case against booking.com, oyorooms and property owner

Bad service and stole money from me
Cons:

I have prepaid my room charge before checkin but when I went to hotel the reception asked me to pay more otherwise they will not allow me and will cancel my booking so I have to paid 500 extra for them to let me check in

And they have provided me their worrest room in hotel with no ventilation or AC and tv is not working the bed is full of bugs.

Very disappointed with the hospitality and service of bookings website.

I’m uninstalling app and recommending my friend s not to opt services 😡😡

They quoted a price to stay more than double what was booked at and denied stay at the same price.. This is a nexus and should stop if you want the traveller group to trust the platform and go for the property and price which is promised in the app.. Thia ia becoming common and very irritating and leaves travellers stranded in bad timings in the hands of unscrupulous people.
