Staff were super helpful. Food was good and well priced. Pool was great. Views of the area from the accommodation lovely.
The bunk bed mattresses were super hard, main bed was great, though. Because of this, i'd next time book the double suite with two queen beds.The location is outside the main village so prepare to pay for moped hire/taxi. Wasn't an issue for us, though.
Beautiful, comfortable room for a great price. Trung was an outstanding host. Our bus to Phong Nha was late and arrived at 1am but he still drove into town to pick us up and was so friendly. He offered to drive us around to different sites for a low fee. When we checked out, his wife cooked us delicious omelettes with great coffee and he went out to buy us fresh bread. This was the best stay I had in Vietnam!
Big, clean, well equipped room, great location and beautiful vistas. You can get a breakfast for a resaonable price too. Great value for the money, would come back anytime.
there was a very loud party in the neighbouring homestay until late night. This is not the property' or the staff's fault tho.

The owner was amazing whatever we needed he helped us with it - from booking tickets for the bus, renting scooters to even ordering pizza ☺️
It’s a bit far from all the restaurants however you can rent a bike or a scooter, till 11pm there’s Grab Taxi available
Trung was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the food was good. Also rented a scooter for a good price.
The host was so friendly with a free pickup and he gave us a lot of good information about Phong Nha. We could also rent scooters there and could even swim in the hotel after check out. Would recommend!
The rooms were lovely and spacious and the pool was great. The villa was located in a beautiful serene area and was great for relaxing and peace and quiet. The host made our stay so enjoyable and was so helpful with bringing us to nearby attractions and suggesting things for us to do. There was also a restaurant on site which was really convenient. Overall it was a lovely relaxing stay.
The only suggestion would maybe be a few more sun loungers around the pool but apart from that there is no other suggestions everything was great!
It was a great chilled out little place and the staff were super friendly.
Beds were crazy hard (as expected) which made it difficult to sleep given we like a much softer mattress but, given it’s expected here, hardly something to complain about :)

Was far from town
The room was spacious and clean. The owner was friendly. He responded to my inquiries promptly. He also picked us up at the train station in Đồng Hới and took us back to the airport (for a price.)
There was no restaurant or coffee shop nearby. I rented a motorbike from the hotel owner so that was not an issue with me. If you don't have a bike that'll be an issue.
