Great Experience.
Pros:

Staffs were really friendly and helpful even though there was a language barrier.

Rahaf at reception and other of colleagues were amazing.
Room was clean , everything was okay.

Cons:

Toilet tiles can do with some updating.
Overall experience really good.
I will definitely stay there again.

Tesisin temizliği şahaneydi. Çalışanlar istediğiniz su kahve çay gibi aperatifleri bol bol veriyorlardı. Uçuş saatinizi bekleyene kadar bavullarınızı otelde güvenle bekletebiliyorsunuz. Konumu güzel. Fiyat olarak uygun olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

Cons:

Tesisin akşam yemeğinin sadece oda servisi olarak hizmet sunması akşam yemeği için açık büfe hizmetinin olmaması bizce bir eksi. Yanlış bilgi vermek istemiyorum ama bir gittiğimizde açık büfe vardı ama resepsiyonda sorduğumda yok dediler teyit ettirmeniz sizler için daha iyi olur.Odalar biraz küçük ama bizler rahatsız etmedi.

Close enough as the price is better than the closer ones , it 5 to 7 minutes to the Masjed, room is very big and comfort

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

Sehr gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Das Frühstück war lecker, das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, und auch die Umgebung hat gut gefallen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – gerne wieder.

Ein schönes Hotel, auch für Touristen
Pros:

Vom Hotel sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Propheten Moschee. Restaurants sind in großer Zahl in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal sprach perfekt Englisch, war sehr aufmerksam und man hat sich mehrfach nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Ausstattung in einem tadellosen Zustand. Insgesamt war Medina für uns als nicht Muslime eine tolle Erfahrung.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück herrschte extreme Betriebsamkeit, dass ist kein Mangel, sondern einfach der großen Anzahl an Gästen geschuldet. Die Buffets wurden aber laufend aufgefüllt und die Tische schnell abgeräumt und so für die nächsten Gäste hergerichtet.
