Pros:

The staff were excellent very courteous, helpful. Their professionalism and warm attitude really enhanced the overall experience of the stay.

The location is also a major advantage, as the hotel is very close to Masjid Nabvi, making it extremely convenient to visit for prayers. Being able to reach the mosque within a short walk made the stay much more comfortable and stress-free.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space to rest after a long day. Everything was organized well and contributed to a pleasant stay.

The breakfast buffet was another highlight. There was a good variety of options, and the food was fresh and well prepared. It was a great way to start the day, and we really enjoyed the overall dining experience.

Cons:

Didn’t have any access to a microwave—not even to reheat food. In a world where food waste is a serious concern, it feels disappointing that guests are unable to warm up leftovers simply because of hotel policy. The portions from the food we ordered were much larger than expected, so we had planned to save some and reheat it the next day instead of letting it go to waste.

I requested the staff for access to a microwave, but they mentioned that their policy does not allow heating outside food. As a result, we were left with the option of either throwing the food away or carrying it with us. Fortunately, we were able to find someone willing to take it, so it didn’t end up being wasted. However, having basic access to a microwave for guests would have been a simple and more practical solution.

Very happy with our stay. Would return again.
Pros:

The staff were very courteous, friendly and welcoming.
They offered an upgrade to the executive rooms, which was gracious.
It is about a 5-minute walk from the nearest gate of the Haram.
The customer care team would check in daily to ensure we were comfortable. They fulfilled all requests very promptly.

Cons:

As the hotel is very busy, they could do with refreshing their towels more frequently. It's not a deal-breaker, but taking care of these often-overlooked little things would elevate their status above their competitors.

Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est impeccable, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour aider. La chambre était confortable, bien équipée et très calme. L’emplacement est idéal et tout est bien organisé. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.
