All in all good stay
Pros:

Beds were double and comfy. Room has a lot of space as we booked triple room. Bathroom was really big which was a surprise .. i was not expecting that big bathroom. Staff was very helpful . All in all a good stay but a little bit on pricy side for 3 nights 4days. We also get free visit to ziarats but the travel guide was arabic native

If travel guide could speak english it would be really good

La proximité avec le Lasdjid Nabawi.

Cons:

L'accueil très froide à la réception.
Nous avons réservé l'hôtel avec le petit déjeuner inclus. Le jour de départ Jeddah, nous avons demandé de nous préparer un panier repas car on aurait pas le temps de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place. La personne de L'accueil a refusé. Heureusement nous avons demandé à un professionnel de la restauration et il nous a confirmé que c'est notre droit car nous avons payé. Par la suite, on nous a livré dans notre chambre la veille pendant la nuit avant de partir.

Other than the convenience nothing

Cons:

We had bed bugs and our room was far from clean. We entered the room to smell a vile smell which was a bit like raw meat. Then on top of that our bedding was definitely dirty and had crumbs in it which means it was not changed before we checked in. We also found bed bugs. I would never stay here again.

A comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service and location.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Saja. The staff at reception were welcoming, polite and attentive. They even called us a couple of times to check if everything was alright, which was appreciated. The housekeeping team were efficient and always ready to help. The location is excellent, just a short 2–3 minute walk to Gate 328 of Masjid an-Nabawi, which made things very convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

There was nothing major to complain about. Overall, the experience was very good. Special thanks to the whole reception team for their hospitality and great service.
