Everything was really good, except for the issue with the door lock, the battery had died and was unable to access until the support staff and changed the batteries had to go down from 14th floor to reception 5 times.

Staff was just fantastic and couldn’t do enough. I was there for my daughter’s Birthday and they really looked after us and my daughter couldn’t have a better stay. Thank u all 🙏
For everyone the nearest gate is 328 which is literally 2-3mins walk and it is on females side.
At the moment it is behind a construction building so gives a slightly strange entrance but it is fantastic hotel.

الحق يقال الفندق جميل ومريح للسكن وكذلك أعجبني التعامل الراقي من قبل الموظفين والاستجابة من قبلهم كما انصح بالفطور مع السكن بوفيه منوع ونظيف يستحق التجربة .

It was clean, cosy and comfortable feeling, very near to haram.
I had a wonderful stay at Saja Al Madinah hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again (planning to come later this year) and highly recommend it to others.

excellent as usual in all aspects - ive stayed here many times over the past 10 years and still my favourite place to stay
maybe increase the breakfast menu choice for south asians (pak indo)
