Location & staff friendling especially Aisha she is so good & helpful. But no all the staff though

Cons:

A boken shower tray!! Not fixing before cheking us in the same room with broken shower's tray. So disappointed. I was not expecting what I expetienced because I was a returnee lodger but now its all different from my previous experience. Paying lots of money and no value for the money.
