Great service & location, could improve certain compliment facilities
Pros:

- Room service F&B taste & quality.
- Room facility, decoration, & interior.
- Location is nearby the Nabawi area but directly accessible from ring road (King Faisal Rd.).

Cons:

- Timing schedule of the GYM was way too short (4 hours for Men).
- Room service F&B menu variants (IMHO should add more Asian & Oriental menus considering the huge volume of pilgrimage from these regions).
- Limited TV/entertainment channels on room TV.
