Poor customer service but good accomo. Will not recommend and will not book again.
Pros:

Property was clean, big and modern. All rooms were master.

Cons:

The owners/hosts were really pathetic. Firstly when we checked in, they forgot to give us the passcode of the front door. Then they wanted to increase the bond from 200$ to 500$. When we checked out at sharp 12 we were told to lock up the place and they will mpaisa the bond. 6hours later, we followed up on the bond only to find out we were not going to get it bc apparently we broke the fridge which we didn’t. They messaged the next day saying the fridge was working fine but still won’t give us the bond bc apparently we took 5 bottles of Fiji Water and stole a perfume. The perfume was just placed from the living room into the bathroom, it wasn’t stolen and why would you provide 5bottles of water just so that you can take the 200$ bond? That’s so unfair. Finally, there is a big language barrier with the hosts.
