Pros:

Emplacement à proximité direct des rues piétonnes animées. Parking privé dans une cours intérieure. Le propriétaire nous a permis de laisser notre véhicule stationné durant notre trek Valbona-Theth (2 jours à 5€/jour).

Cons:

C'est un détail mais l'enseigne est peu visible depuis la rue, ce qui nous a valu un peu de recherche.

Worth to stay
Pros:

Konumu harika, merkezde kalmış oluyorsunuz. Kafelerin olduğu caddeye yaklaşık 10 dk mesafede.
Oda çok güzel ve temizdi, wifi ve klima da sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Resepsiyonda bizimle ilgilenen beyefendi çok tatlıydı, bize öneriler sundu ve sayesinde çok güzel yemekler yedik. Otelin otoparkı ana cadde üzerinde otelin girişiyle aynı yönde sağda kalıyor.

Cons:

Asansör yoktu ve valiz taşımakta çok zorlandık.

Vše bylo výbornĕ, čisté a nové apartmány v centru mĕsta. Velmi doporučuji!
Jen pozor apartmány jsou ve 3. a 4. patře bez výtahu.

Emplacement au top, proche du centre. Parking privé dans une cours intérieure. Chambre moderne, confortable et propre.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas vraiment un pb mais ce qui peut surprendre est que cet hôtel ne dispose pas d'une réception. Enseigne également peu visible depuis la rue.

住了3晚，整體來說住得很開心。
Pros:

Host 很友善，並會致力幫我解決問題。
房間位置很好，位於市中心，去銀行，車站，超市，餐廳也很方便。樓下的餐廳海鮮很新鮮。
露台不錯，私隱度高。

Cons:

房間有少少異味，一開始以為是洗手間，但發現不是。後來懷疑是冷氣機或者廁所的抽氣扇。

Sauber, bestens ausgestattet und super organisiert
Pros:

Wir hatten die Unterkunft als Zwischenstopp für unsere Wanderung über den Valbona-Pass gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und die Unterkunft war hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders der Balkon war ein schönes Extra, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen.

Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Er hat für uns die Tickets für die Wanderung organisiert und sich außerdem um einen sicheren Parkplatz für unser Auto während der Tour gekümmert. Dadurch verlief alles völlig unkompliziert und stressfrei.

Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Pros:

Zentral zu den Busterminals gelegen (circa 5 Minuten zu Fuß). In circa 10 Minuten ist man in der schönen Fußgängerzone von Shkodra. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Klimaanlage hat gute Dienste geleistet, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Was uns zuerst gewundert hat: es handelt sich nicht um ein klassisches Hotel, obwohl es Hotel heißt. Es sind Appartementzimmer ohne Lobby o.ä. Bei Ankunft kommt jemand vorbei, empfängt einen nett und übergibt die Schlüssel. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Cons:

Als wir aus der Stadt zurückkamen waren einige sehr kleine Ameisen bei der Türe durch einen Schlitz ins Zimmer gekommen. Nichts dramatisches.

There is nothing bad to say about our stay! Amazing host, very kind and welcoming.
We loved the room! Spotless clean , warm water, we had two big balconies, the location is great,, good parking away from the main road, we loved being in middle of the city, plenty of restaurants/bars and like 2min walk to the pickup point for tours to shala river and komani lake. Top hotel!

Cons:

Alot of stairs up to the rooms and no elevator. We didnt mind it much as a young couple but it's worth considering..
