Sauber, bestens ausgestattet und super organisiert
Pros:

Wir hatten die Unterkunft als Zwischenstopp für unsere Wanderung über den Valbona-Pass gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und die Unterkunft war hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders der Balkon war ein schönes Extra, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen.

Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Er hat für uns die Tickets für die Wanderung organisiert und sich außerdem um einen sicheren Parkplatz für unser Auto während der Tour gekümmert. Dadurch verlief alles völlig unkompliziert und stressfrei.

Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Zentral zu den Busterminals gelegen (circa 5 Minuten zu Fuß). In circa 10 Minuten ist man in der schönen Fußgängerzone von Shkodra. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Klimaanlage hat gute Dienste geleistet, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Was uns zuerst gewundert hat: es handelt sich nicht um ein klassisches Hotel, obwohl es Hotel heißt. Es sind Appartementzimmer ohne Lobby o.ä. Bei Ankunft kommt jemand vorbei, empfängt einen nett und übergibt die Schlüssel. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Cons:

Als wir aus der Stadt zurückkamen waren einige sehr kleine Ameisen bei der Türe durch einen Schlitz ins Zimmer gekommen. Nichts dramatisches.

There is nothing bad to say about our stay! Amazing host, very kind and welcoming.
We loved the room! Spotless clean , warm water, we had two big balconies, the location is great,, good parking away from the main road, we loved being in middle of the city, plenty of restaurants/bars and like 2min walk to the pickup point for tours to shala river and komani lake. Top hotel!

Cons:

Alot of stairs up to the rooms and no elevator. We didnt mind it much as a young couple but it's worth considering..

Pros:

The property was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, it was right in the centre of Shkoder. Less than a 5 minute walk to the main street with all amazing restaurants. We really enjoyed staying at this property, highly recommend!

Cons:

The property didn’t have a lift and we were on the 3rd floor, luckily we are young and fit so could carry our suitcases up but it could be challenging for those who aren’t able

Perfect location, clean and comfortable!
Pros:

Great location, clean and comfortable. The gentleman who checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful. The room I chose had 2 balconies with great views. A few blocks from the main traffic circle and buses.

Cons:

No actual reception or amenities, but I didn’t mind during my short stay.

Zentrale Lage, Parkplatz & tolle Gastfreundschaft
Pros:

Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und waren super zufrieden. Die Lage direkt am Busbahnhof ist extrem zentral und praktisch. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist auch der eigene Parkplatz. Der Besitzer ist super lieb und extrem hilfsbereit. Außerdem gibt es direkt in der Nähe ein sehr leckeres Restaurant namens PURI. Alles wunderbar :)

Apartment not Hotel
Pros:

It seems to be newly refurbished and is very modern inside. The parking was safe and secure compared to other parking areas in the city. The location was a short walk to the promenade. The host was very attentive and helpful :)

Cons:

First of all, I believe I was mislead as this was not a hotel rather an apartment block and should be listed as such. Further to this, at the entrance of the apartment block there was a lockable door which I thought would mean it was secure, however I struggled to sleep in the night as people were walking up and down the stairs and corridors all night very loudly, it was a bit strange and unsettling as it sounded like the same person going up and down all night long.
