Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Der Vermieter super nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine Parkmöglichkeit an der Unterkunft - Preis-Leistung hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer befindet sich in der 3. Etage. Das einzige negative ist es die Koffer hochtragen zu müssen.

Pros:

The property is in the central location, just 5mins walk from the pedonale.

Cons:

Please be aware that there is no elevator and our rooms were on the 3rd floor. As per host, it is mentioned in booking.com but I checked and i didn’t find that anywhere. It was very challenging to carry such heavy luggage to 3rd floor by stairs.

Un lujo de habitación!
Pros:

La comodidad, lo funcional y el buen gusto de la habitación con balcón fueron excelentes, además declarado ubicación. Dato para futuros huéspedes, no dejen de almorzar o cenar en el restaurant de enfrente Tratoria Venezia, exquisito, buenos precios y un ambiente tranquilo

Cons:

Hay que saber que el edificio se está terminando, que el hotel, al menos por ahora, está en el 3er piso por escalera, y que no siempre hay gente en la recepción. Hoy número de WhatsApp para llamar en la puerta. En nuestro caso un vecino nos hizo el favor de llamar porque estábamos sin conexión

Block of rooms instead of being a hotel
Pros:

It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, amazing pillows as well.

Cons:

TV didnt work for me and no reception, its more a block of flats rather than a hotel.

New, very clean and comfortable rooms with excellent location.
Pros:

The room was huge and new. The bed was comfortable. We had 2 balconies one facing the Main Street the other was facing the side. Both great. The windows are soundproof so you can sleep in without being bothered by street noise. A lot of cafe and restaurants near by. Great location. So close to the restaurant/bar district. The owner was very helpful with parking and answering questions. The shower was awesome.

Cons:

Not a big deal but couple of cups/glasses and may be kettle to have a cup of tea or coffee would be great.
The rooms are in higher floor and I don’t recall seeing an elevator. If anyone has mobility issue may be contact the owner to make sure before booking. It wasn’t an issue for us.

Quiet room in middle of centre with helpful and friendly owner, recommended!
Pros:

New, clean very comfortable room in the middle of the centre. Most important: quiet , although on a busy road it’s located at the back and you do not hear traffic noise at all.. very kind and helpful owner, good and quick communication
