Not good value!
Pros:

Right next to the pier!

Cons:

Not good value for money! Unless you desperately need a place for one night next to the pier, I don’t recommend this place. No private bathroom (the common bathroom was filthy!) and there were cockroaches in the room!

Lovely pier front stay
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff were super friendly!

Cons:

I couldn't figure out the shower at first but I think that's on me lol

Good for 1 night
Pros:

I just stayed one night to catch the Ferry. For the one night it was good, nothing special. Location is perfect, next to the harbour but also surrounded by some restaurants

Pros:

They let me in the room but when check out they said i had over stayed because they said i should have checked out earlier and I had to pay extra 500 pesos
