Great location recemmended to stay there again.
Pros:

Best location in the heart of the main square opposit to a tourist company that I used for guided tours. Close to hundreds of restaurants and shops. Top floor is the restaurant rich open buffet over looking the sea in a fantastic panorama. Friendly staff special thanks to Boshra a professional decent and very helpful receptionist.
There are 3 effecient elevators.

Cons:

The side lamps in the room had power switch located very low in the back of tge bed so every move you make during sleep would either switch the lamps on or off.
Some of the receptionists did not speak English.
The spa was under maintenance during my stay.

تعامل الموظفين سيء جدًا والمرافق وصخة ومافي صابون ولا شامبو ولاشي واللي فلصور مختلف عن الواقع المرررييييررر اللحاف وصخخ والفراش وصصصخ نكلمهم تقول بدلوه يقولون حطيناه نظيف انتو وصختوه والموظفين سرااااااقين رقم واحد والناس اللي فلمطعم واحنا ناكل يشلون الفطور واحنا ناكل ويطلعون صوت قوي بالمواعين عشان ننزعج ويطالعونك بخياس بخصوص خصوصا البنت الموظفة جدًا سيئة انا لا انصح بالفندق ابدًا وحررررررام فيه المبلغ مايسوى والله مايسوى غير ريحة الدخان اللي تدخل عليك وانت راقد فلغرف والموظفين سرقو ملابس وجواتي قالو ماشفنا شي ووو قلنا بطلو الكاميرا نشوف وخافو وطلعو الملابس بس سيء وتعاملهم وصخ

NUR Rezeption war nett .

Cons:

Das Hotel war also keine 4 Sterne wert, das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber nicht gut gereinigt und es fehlten einige Annehmlichkeiten.

Breakfast was very good, a little monotonous.

Cons:

Breakfast staff walked around with a constant dire mood except when they needed to talk to female guests. Then smiles !
A little more attention regarding filling up things that have run out.

Pros:

Az Usta Park Hotel kiváló elhelyezkedésű szállás Trabzon központjában, közvetlenül a Meydan tér szomszédságában. A környék pezsgő, minden fontos látnivaló, étterem és üzlet könnyen elérhető gyalogosan. Nagy előnye, hogy a repülőtérről érkező Havaş busz közvetlenül a hotel előtt áll meg, így a megközelítés rendkívül kényelmes.
A szobák tiszták, rendezettek és kényelmesek, a közös terek pedig gondosan karbantartottak. Egy kisebb hátrány, hogy a wifi a szobában nem működött megfelelően, viszont a közös helyiségekben stabil és gyors volt a kapcsolat.
A reggeli bőséges és változatos. A személyzet kedves, udvarias és segítőkész.

The Usta Park Hotel is a great place to stay in the center of Trabzon, right next to Meydan Square. The area is lively, and all the important sights, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. A big plus is that the Havaş bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel, making it super convenient to get there.
The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable, and the common areas are carefully maintained. A minor drawback is that the Wi-Fi did not work properly in the room, but the connection was stable and fast in the common areas.
The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful.
