Take the images in the advertisement and add years of no taking care of it
Pros:

The air-conditioning at least worked.

Cons:

- No guest gift, no gift with the drinks and snacks only small items bought on the fly (small soap, toothbrushes)
- The bedding was all dirty, was told we would receive new fresh ones but we did not.
- No towels upon arrival until the afternoon of the next day so I had to buy my own
- Bidet fully broken and had to be removed
- Toilet broken and leaked water onto the floor, luckily was fixed later by the kind maintenance
- A few Toilet paper was dirty so I had to buy my own
- stay was until the 18th of october. Internet was fully cut off since 2pm onwards 17.10
- Netflix was not available, had to buy my own.
- Had to buy cleaning supplies because room was so dirty.
- Ants on bedding, ants and insects in bathroom.
- One of the window curtains was broken.
- Rust everywhere; Microwave, Fridge, chairs
- Dirty walls, some which might have been even mould (Condo owner said water damage from the water from the windows. However that area was not under a window)
- Not soundproof (You could hear the outside loudly, everything from bathroom and also from the halls)
- Chairs were a health/safety hazard. One of them only had 1 proper screw and 1 loose out of 4, I almost bashed my head open because the 1 loose came out and sent my flying backwards, luckily my friend caught me so I didn't sustain a serious injury.

Condo owner acknowledged that he had not checked the condo even once between last tenant and us, ghosted completely after requesting at least half compensation. Also admitted that last tenants left an incredible mess and had broken a lot. Ghosted already for 4 days fully.
