The jacuzzi on the balcony was not working. Also, the spa tubs in the master bedroom did not work ether

Couldn’t use half of the amenities that were listed false advertisement cannot use the Wi-Fi. Had no instructions on how to work anything in this unit. A lot of things broken in the unit.
Location was great and the penthouse was beautiful
The bellman wanting to charge $20 to take up " non luggage"
Great view and location
It was missing a bed as stated when booking. Also the outdoor hot tub was not operating and we were not aware of when booking. That were two of the reasons we booked this place. 3 beds and the outdoor hot tub ☹️
