Booked a 5* hotel and got a 3* experience, would not book again

Not enough coffee/tea in the room daily and poor quality, water only tepid and no way to adjust up or down, shower gel/shampoo bracket hanging off the wall, rainfall shower head blocked and unusable, booked a city view room and recieved a room facing the other hotel wall, not notified until check in that smoking was not permitted on the balcony,
i would not have booked had i known that in advance

Pros:

Schönes Hotel, sehr nah am Strand und mit jeder Menge Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr komfortabel, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Im Bad riecht es manchmal aus dem Abfluss. Zimmerreinigung nicht immer aufmerksam. Mal wurde dieses, mal jenes nicht ausgetauscht. Von außen zeitweise recht laut
