Pros:

The room has a kitchenette

Cons:

The carpet in the room was old ,dirty and torn. The $250 hold that is placed on your card that you don't know about until you check in.

It was good enough but it could have been much better. I don't if I would come back
Pros:

It was quiet and i was able to relax. I didn't hear excessive noise coming from outside. Two beds for me. I had a suite so there was extra space to move around. I also received a coupon for a complimentary appetizer with a entree for Texas Roadhouse. The hotel is near the interstate and there are plenty restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The sofa was the extra firm. I had put one of the bed pillows behind my back to get somewhat comfortable. I understand the logic is they wanted furniture that would last a long time but it really took away from my ability to relax and enjoy my stay. They had another regular chair and it also was uncomfortable. They really should rethink their choice of furniture. The furniture is some the worst I've experienced at a hotel.

Pros:

Danny was very helpful and pleasant. Our day turn completely around when we met her. She definitely made our stay worth while. We will be back for sure.

Cons:

My guess that booked over top of me had some strong chemicals smell coming from their room. The last three days we could barely breathe in our room.

Pros:

The room was large and it was nice that had a little kitchenette area. The beds were decently comfortable

Cons:

We went down to the pool and it was closed 45 minutes early. Pool closes at 9:00 p.m., which seems way too early to me.

Blissful and overall happy with the staff! My wedding weekend was amazing!
Pros:

The staff! I enjoyed the customer service especially assisting me on my wedding weekend!

Cons:

Hawthorn rooms need to be updated and cleaned thoroughly! I was accommodated and stayed on the Wyndham side.
