We had a wonderful stay at Atour Hotel Hangzhou East Railway Station West Square. The hotel is in an excellent location, near to most tourist attractions and offers a good breakfast. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-designed, with thoughtful details that make the stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. The overall environment is quiet and relaxing, making it perfect for both business and leisure. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Hangzhou.

Cons:

There is no MRT station within walking distance nearby. However, didi (taxi) service is easily accessible.

Hangzhou tranquilo
Pros:

El hotel es muy cómodo y el personal muy atento. Todo limpio, nuevo y moderno. Estuvimos cinco días como en nuestra casa, repetiremos cuando volvamos a Hangzhou. Cerca del hotel hay un centro comercial, cafeterías, restaurantes y un ktv.

Cons:

Queríamos alojarnos por la zona, aunque la conexión con los transportes públicos no es la mejor del mundo. Estaban reparando un acceso al hotel y todos los vtcs y taxis se confundían al entrar formando atascos.:l desayuno era un poco caro.

Pros:

I like the AI system control the curtains, room light and television. Just use sound to give instructions. And through the AI, i can get latest information about hangzhou without searching myself. Of course, it's in Mandarin language

Cons:

There's no attraction near by hotel. Restaurants downstairs not many. Transportation is a must to get the location you want to go

They cancelled our reservation without advising us and nowithstanding told them about late check-in- It was a disaster. On counter they don't speak english.

Excellent room

Cons:

Their hotel doesn't exist on Google maps or maps.me we found another atour apparently not the one we had booked
Inexistent English or any other language level on staff (except Chinese)
Not close to the train station (a little over 2km walking)

Excellent stay in a brand new hotel
Pros:

Excellent stay, the hotel is brand new and location is just next to the railway station! Very friendly staff at the reception and the service is just great! Design or the room is very modern!
