Pros:

Super hyggeligt lille hotel.
Meget venligt personale, som hjalp udover hvad de behøvede. Fine hyggelige værelser.

Cons:

Vi havde værelset lige under restauranten. Her kom der utrolig meget lyd fra, specielt om aftenen når man skulle sove.
Derudover blev man vækket af rengøring der fejede ude på gangen, men kom til at banke kosten ind i døren. Dette skete flere gange.
Toilettet var meget fugtigt og varmt, det var svært at tørre tøj/ badetøj af samme grund.

Lovely accommodation and great food..
Pros:

Lovely accomodation, the staff there were really helpful and helped us organise taxis for our days out as we used this as base to travel the island.. the Italian restaurant serves amazing home made food. 1 min walk to the beach and 10 mins in taxi to Paje.

Cons:

I stayed in a standard double but this would be too small for a couple (it was fine for me on my own) .. I would upgrade to the deluxe as a lot bigger..

Pros:

Das kleine familäre Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Strandes, die Zimmer sind unglaublich sauber (danke an die fleißigen Zimmermädchen) und auch der saubere Pool und die gepflegte Anlage haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
Die kleine Küchenecke ist perfekt.

Cons:

Die Dusche setzt das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser, die Fliesen sind rutschig und es fehlt ein Bodenabzieher.
Unsere Stühle auf der Terrasse luden nicht zum Sitzen ein.

We were made to feel very welcome by our hosts and all the staff the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble for
Pros:

The property itself was lovely, so many little nooks for you to chill out in. Every area of this property is spotlessly clean and the rooms are to a very high standard. The pool was clean and warm. I constantly saw staff making sure the maintenance of the grounds were kept tidy.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing I did not like about this property.

Overall i recommend this place and if i travel again i will definitely stay there.
Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was exceptional, 2 mins walk to the beach, and the restaurant food was very delicious we had wonderful time.

Déçue du service On était loin des photos de booking . Le restaurant est excellent et le petit déjeuner parfait
Pros:

Le restaurant est parfait 👍 le lieu a 2 pas de la mer

Cons:

La literie d une des chambres est très mauvaise
Le personnel n a jamais mis les matelas et les coussins à la piscine
Les abords de la piscine n ont pas été nettoyés après la pluie et le vent

Pros:

A lovely place to stay in Jambiani.
Hadji (aka Bogey) -daytime manager- made me feel very welcome right away. Although I arrived early, he took care of my room first so I could pick-up my key after having a coffee and a bruschetta (very nice btw). Since the owner is Italian, the menu is mainly offering Italian food... Fresh homemade pasta, yummie!

Cons:

Hoewel dit niet de fout was van het hotel, is het soms vervelend dat de stroom uitvalt. Dan duurt het enkele minuten voor de noodgenerator het overneemt.

Fajne zadbane koty, smaczna karbonara.

Cons:

Niestety częste przerwy w dostawie prądu spowodowały ciągłą pracę generatora który znajdował się naprzeciwko pokojów, cały dzień potrafiło być głośno oraz późnym wieczorem. Podczas 4 dniowego pobytu tylko raz była zmieniana pościel, a ręczniki nowe na prośbę. Na zdjęciach łazienki niestety nie było widać że prysznic znajduje się na przeciwko toalety, więc siedzący na toalecie ma nogi w prysznicu.

Proximité de l'océan et du village.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner sans âme et insipide même pas un petit changement pour Noël.
Pour le logement un peu petit et aucun emplacement pour ranger les valises qui doivent rester au sol.il y a bien une petite terrasse mais le mobilier n'est pas confortable du tout.
Les toilettes sont juste en face de la douche, avec un simple rideau, pour faire séparation avec l'évier. La SDB demande vraiment des modifications. Au niveau de la piscine les gros coussins au sol sont moisis, il devrait y avoir de la verdure au lieu des plaques transparentes pour les bains de soleil. La proximité du générateur par rapport aux chambres. La literie pas terrible et la clim ainsi que le ventilo sont vraiment mal placés dans ce petit espace Le personnel ne parle pas du tout italien. C'est un beau petit lieu mais il mérite vraiment d'être amélioré.

Pros:

The staff was (initially) very nice. They offered us a choice of two types of mattresses to try. The place, and especially the rooftop, are pretty.

Cons:

The room as well as the restaurant were overpriced comparing to nearby places (4000 TSH for small water, 90 USD for small room without AC and fridge).
The room had design issues: no division in the shower floor and no mop to drain the water so water was overflowing; bathroom tap misplaced, the water splashes to the floor; laundry rope incorrectly installed, keeps falling down; no mosquito net on the bed, got bitten all night (there are mosquito nets on the doors but much less effective).
The owner told us she will open the generator if needed, but it was off for one of the nights and we ended up having no electricity at all, including fan, and couldn't sleep (even though power issues are known in Zanzibar, this was the only place where this happened).

Pros:

Très joliment décoré avec plantes et fleurs
Petit hôtel très agreable
Chambre studio face piscine, taille très correcte, petite cuisine, et salle de bain
La piscine très agreable
Le restaurant des plats locaux très très bons ! Et plats italiens.
Le personnel très réactifs avec nos demandes

Cons:

Petit moins pour la musique au restaurant (balade italienne) en continue, cela fait berceuse .... C'est une musique agréable mais à moindre dose, un petit rythme plus dynamique aurait été plus appréciable et en relation avec le sourire du personnel
