We really enjoyed Some of the most willing and helpful people you could ever wish to meet! Helpful to a fault, a little quirky but nicely so. Location is awesome, building a little tired and perhaps would benefit from paint

The bathroom geyser didnt work
The batroom ceiling had no ceiling
Bathroom was not properly cleaned
The cupboard door was broken
The bed was broken and we could feel the spring from the bed mattress.

I would not recomment anyone this hotel at all

Very go to property and disappointment from booking.com for not able to resolve

Cons:

Very bad, loved official complaint against them.
Staff behaviours were very rude.they were not allowing the facility mentioned in booking. No lift have carry your staff ion 2nd floors. No hot water in one of the room.

Over all ruined my family trip and will never recommend anyone to visit this properly.
Also, booking.com was not able to resolve this problem so this was another disappointment.

The only thing likeable about this whole hotel cum zoo was the morning reception guy Vikram who was trying to fix things or else it was all fake paradise where you'll not find anything mentioned in the column called amenities. A guy named ashu who works in the night will ask you extra money for basic things which they promise to deliver. Also booking. Com don't help either no one responds. I can't even express the smell they had in the bathroom and room with cigarettes 😒

I request you to please not book this Hotel at all.🙏

Good to stay for a day, can't survive for long.
Pros:

Vikram, the incharge was very polite and approachable.

Cons:

Tiny cockroaches due to lack of pest control
Internet not working
Bedside lights not working
Bathroom light not working
Old Sheets and Old towels.

The property needs pest control and maintenance, but they have a photoshop pro plan which is cheaper.

Cons:

We were promised early check-in, but no one knew about it when we arrived, leaving us waiting for hours. They tried to give us the wrong room twice, and the actual room was filthy—dirty walls, sticky floors, and nothing like the photos online. Service was awful; every request took forever, and hospitality was nonexistent. To top it off, they double-charged us, and fixing it was a nightmare. Save your money and stay elsewhere!

The hotel is no where close to what is shown in the pictures... Doesn't have any amenities whatsoever. Tv doesn't work. No drinking water too. And they charge 4500 for it. Pathetic is an understatement
