Will come back. Beats bigger hotel chains.
Pros:

I loved the design of the rooms which has planned for everything we needed, including xiaodu the personal assistant.

The staff was very helpful with any requests we had and even gave us drinking water when left.

The laundry room with free commercial washer and dryer made laundry very fast, the free porridge for supper next door so we can wait while laundry was being done.

The kids loved the playroom with kinetic sand and duplos.

Food delivery to the room by robots.

Convenient and accessible
Pros:

Hotel was convenient, about 7-8 minutes drive from Qilou Old Street and around 15 minutes to Haikou East Railway station. Front desk staff very helpful. Rooms nice and comfortable with high water pressure.

Cons:

Should check condition of amenities in room as some wireless charging points not working.

美中不足 Would be perfect if Wifi is improve with faster speed
Pros:

Spacious & clean. Location is good, near old town Center. Good value for money.

Cons:

The WIFI is HOPELESSLY SLOW! Cannot really use at all. The Hotel should replace with a much faster broadband.

The interior is much better than the exterior
Pros:

Hotel room is clean

Cons:

Sound proof is poor, always noisy when there are other hotel guests on the same floor. Every weekday morning starts from 7am ish, always hear music from outside. Hotel entrance is not pleasant

Perfect stay
Pros:

There’s washing machine to do laundry. The hotel offer porridge as midnight snack for guests. The hotel is very new but the shopping centre below is closed permanently. (There’s nearby shopping area within 5 min walk)
