It was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had, and I will never return.
Pros:

The highlight of my stay was falling asleep—at least then I didn’t have to look at how dreadful the room was

The price would have been fine if it meets guest satisfaction but it didn’t, unfortunately .
Pros:

The host is accommodating but takes longer time to reply. It would have been better if the host replies atleast two hours from inquiry.

Cons:

The second room bed is not comfortable enough! And the air conditioned is not functioning well.

Pros:

The location is absolutely ideal and convenient because it's close to NAIA.

Cons:

The customer service was poor and offered you no solutions or apologies and their not helping you with anything, everything in the room was dirty, the faucet, drainage and the hot water is not working no toiletries nothing. I hope management addresses both the broken room amenities and poor service protocols, so future guests aren't subjected to the same frustrations.

It was a terrible experience no one knew how to find my accommodation. They wanted me to leave after I had already paid for it. The add said it was 2 bedroom but it is only a studio with a futon. Never again would i stay there

Not worth the effort and I haven’t even been offered any kind of compensation.
Pros:

Nothing, I booked, paid online, arrived at the property to find that there was no record of my booking and no one was interested in helping. It was the most disorganised and ridiculous experience I’ve ever had. No technology was available, everything kept in a scrappy notebook and on someone’s mobile phone. On top of that the phone number that I was issued in my booking didn’t exist.

It was a nightmare
Pros:

The location is advertised as a hotel but it’s actually only a condominium. We stayed there for only one night, there were a lot of cockroaches everywhere. It’s a scam. The lock to the door is broken. Avoid this place st all cost, can not recommend it to anyone.

I thought the property is okay but very dissappointing

Cons:

we check in prior to the time check in time but we wait 1 hour before the room was ready. it was very hustle when you want to rest but they keep you waiting 1 hour. so bad! and yet the room was messy so many cockroaches

Pros:

AVOID THIS PLACE. We checked in and the TV and internet would not work tried to call the owner no response, sent an email to the owner no responses, texted the owner no response. There is no way to secure the room since the glass door on the balcony had no handle or lock, anyone could have entered. The bathroom door was chipped an paint pealing, there is a bare wire hanging from the celling. It shows in the listing bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 when this is just a studio with no bedrooms. Furniture's is old and unconfutable, the bed is not a bed it's a 1.5 inch foam which allows the bars to hit your back. AVOID THIS PLACE.

EVERYTHING!!!! See above. Avoid this place. I wish you would let us post pictures because those they show are not what you get!!!

Location of hotel, Close to airport, not too noisy, swimming pool.

Cons:

Did not know of any breakfast area or restaurant, no information booklet in the room explaining do's and don'ts or safety procedures, No mention of Wifi Password. No where to hang washed clothes. Broken/no door handle on door to balcony.
