Chineck ang unit tapos madumi tapos nag ask ng refund ayaw
Pros:

Wala po. Dugyot hirap pa ka transact nag ask for refund ako hindi namin hinigaan ayaw. Kasi hindi yan ang tunay na itsura.

Madumi parang check inan ng galing sa macapagal o bayaran

Pros:

Thanks to Fit and Kim for their welcome and kindness :-) I couldn't enjoy my stay because I was sick (a big thank you to Kim!) and on top of that, there was a typhoon! The next morning, the hotel was flooded on the ground floor!! Thanks to the employee who helped me carry my backpack to the tricycle!

Pros:

There was no breakfast inclusion.
They spend some effort to improve the facility like spring cleaning the room. There were ants in the bathroom also mosquitoes in the room.
They should have a list of tricycle service providers who can be called anytime by the front desk since the hotel is distant from the center.

There are spider webs and spider but it wasn’t that big deal really to me since I’m not afraid of it and there’s a part in the bathroom that they inserted something in the ceiling

Pleasant but could be better
Pros:

Choices very limited, presentation poor, coffee urn not charged every day, coffee tasted very bitter and stale, location a bit inconvenient. Rooms should be provided with electronic kettle and complementary coffee/milk/sugar and water every day for the duration of the stay.

Cons:

Bathroom so run down need upgrades, shower cable needs to be a bit longer toilet seat broken needs to be fixed and bathrooms needs to be checked every day

good for an overnight stay
Pros:

Breakfast was pricey and not commensurate with the fee (2 longanisa +1 egg costs php 210.00)

Cons:

the stairs are a bit steep.
