Ubicación cercana a estadio

Cons:

Querían cobrar nuevamente en el hotel.
No realizan limpieza en habitaciones, la respuesta fue que no habíamos indicado cuando realizamos el check in, y nuestra respuesta fue "pero tampoco se nos aviso al momento de hacerlo" y era la misma persona que nos atendió.
Habitaciones con olor a humedad.
El restaurante no estaba habilitado para cena, solo como bar.
En el parqueado rompieron vidrios a muchos de los vehículos en la noche parqueados en las instalaciones del mismo
El desayunono no tenia variedad.

Room not matching booked category, very rude and non professional staff
Cons:

I booked and paid for a stadium-view room at Best Western Plus Kansas City Sports Complex Hotel, but I was given a room facing a construction site instead. When I asked the hotel to honor my reservation, the staff refused and told me to complain to Booking.com, claiming that Booking.com could promise anything without guaranteeing the hotel would provide it.
This was a very disappointing experience. I would appreciate Booking.com investigating why a room type was confirmed but not honored, and working with the hotel to ensure future guests receive the accommodation they book

Amazing! I would stay again
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding and I would highly recommend staying there! My room was cheap and amazing! I loved it! Highly recommended this hotel! The staff was amazing! Catherine the hotel receptionist was amazing, kind and checked me in so smoothly!

The shower didn’t drain properly. The room phone didn’t work. It wasn’t even plugged in. The arrangement of the room was terrible. The bathroom was horrible.

Despite the couple issues me and my lady enjoyed ourselves and our alone time

Cons:

So our first night me and my lady is in the room playing games, and a big long cockroach came from under the bed. Yes they got us another room but it wasnt the same kind of room I paid for. I wanted a king size bed my whole stay not two queens.

Facility needs updates. Bathroom fixtures and plumbing had issues but since we were there for one night only, we dealt with slow sink. For longer stay,.it will be bad

Nothing plus about it. Really basic hotel, just one step up from a drive in. For the price charged on game day it should have been luxury. Breakfast is abundant but bland.
