Cons:

The electricity went off for about an hour and no one ever came to tell us what was going on. Finally just came back on. Also our room used to have a balcony apparently but the sliding glass doors where permanently shut.

It was perfect!
Pros:

Property was excellent! It was in the perfect location for us to walk to Arrowhead. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious.

Will not stay here again. Was charged over $450/night and was no better than a Super 8.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable. Close to Arrowhead Stadium. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Had a difficult time getting in to your hotel with only one unmarked street available. Restaurant/bar was closed on our first day and staff didn't know when it would open on for the second day. When it did open, it was only appetizers and were from delivery trucks (none made on sight) - very bland and unappealing. Room temperature control was not calibrated. A cooling setting of 72 would make the temperature 70, but a 70 setting would send it down to 64.
