Uitstekend ontbijt

Cons:

De kamers waren wat afgeleeft, hier en daar stukje behang los en wat stofnetten, de wc was in de badkamer, die sloot met glazen deur, je zag dus je partner zijn behoefte doen vanuit je bed. De foto's van de kamers zijn met breedbeeld getrokken, waardoor we even verschoten hoe ze werkelijk was.

Pros:

Een redelijk moderne kamer met eigen badkamer. Fijn dat je zelf kunt inchecken bij de ingang. Ontbijt was prima voor de meerprijs die we betaalden. Eieren, croissants en veel keuze in beleg. Eigenaar was vriendelijk en kwam geïnteresseerd over. Beneden is een koelkast waar je drankjes kunt kopen.

Cons:

Het gebouw is ietwat gedateerd, onderhoud en schoonmaak laten hier en daar wel te wensen over. De ventilatie in de badkamer maakte een vreselijk storend geluid en de streamingvoorzieningen van de tv werkten niet. Parkeren is beperkt en slecht aangegeven. Er was een raam naar een blinde muur waar een ladder achter stond. We vonden het hotel prijzig in verhouding met de kwaliteit die wij zelf van Akzent zijn gewend, maar wellicht zijn we verwend ;-)

Wunderbares Frühstück!
Zimmer sehr sauber und für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt bestens ausgerüstet (allenfalls einen Wasserkocher würde man sich gern dazuwünschen).

Cons:

Die Rezeption war Sonntag Nachmittag nicht besetzt, Check-In war nur am Automaten im Eingangsbereich möglich. Wir hätten aber gern genauere Infos darüber gehabt, wo genau wir die Fahrräder abstellen können. Auch hatten wir im Vorfeld auf der Hotel- Homepage keinen Hinweis gesehen, dass das Restaurant erst ab 2. April öffnet.

Toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Moderne und hübsche Einrichtung. Zimmer absolut top und das Frühstück sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Selbst in der Nebensaison. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Cons:

Es war alles in Ordnung.

Pros:

Very friendly and guest-oriented staff. I arrived very late and didn’t place the required parking disc (required during the day only) in the car which would have resulted in a fine, but the owner of the hotel proactively placed one on my car. Upon arrival at a very late hour, there is a very convenient self-check-in display that allows you to create your own room key. It was intuitive and extremely modern for German standards. Breakfast buffet was definitely worth it!

Je ne recommanderai certainement pas cet hôtel
Cons:

Accueil déplorable avec une personne qui ne parlait qu’allemand.Je n’ai pas pu dîner au restaurant ,ils avaient assez de clients car du personnel manquait en cuisine !! Honteux! Tous les restaurants étaient fermés ds le coin, cette personne ne m’a absolument pas aidé à trouver qqch à manger alors que je lui demandais de téléphoner pour moi à un resto.j’ai dû faire 1 H de route aller retour pour trouver un restaurant !!
En plus hôtel sans ascenseur !!
Je voulais quitter mais pas moyen de me faire rembourser
Aucun geste en guise d’excuse
Seule la dame au petit-déjeuner était serviable
