Perfekt!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Alle waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und ruhig. Das Frühstück war unglaublich, alles war köstlich. Vielen Dank, dass Sie unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht haben.

Karakteristiek hotel in een heel stil dorp.
Pros:

Bedden goed en kamers netjes. Bij aankomst stond en een tablet met welkoms woord en veel info. Gratis parkeren verderop in de straat. Ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

Geen airco en koelkast op kamer. Tussen badkamer en kamer zit een glazen deur. Dus geen privacy op toilet. Het restaurant was sinds 1 juli gesloten en het naastgelegen restaurant met biergarten was gesloten op maandag en dinsdag. ( toen wij er waren )Heel bijzonder in het hoogseizoen! Wel kregen we gratis bus tickets van de eigenaar om naar Koblenz te gaan.

We had a larger room in the annex. It had windows in the ceiling and was well lit. The hotel managers were fabulous. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was great!

Cons:

Im Ort die Gastronomie etwas dürftig um Abends essen zu gehen (war ein Dienstag) - das benachbarte Restaurant nur von Mittwoch bis Sonntag geöffnet. So im Dönerladen in der Nachbarschaft zu Abend gegessen

Een fijn en gastvrij hotel
Pros:

Hotel De Rote Ochse is een fijn hotel waar het ons aan niets heeft ontbroken. Het ontbijt was fantastisch en onze kamer was super schoon. Ook de bedden lagen heerlijk, waardoor we goed hebben geslapen.

Cons:

Als kleine kanttekening vonden wij de kamer die wij hadden wel aan de kleine kant. We waren daarom achteraf blij dat we op het laatste moment hadden besloten om onze Berner Sennenhond vanwege de hitte niet mee te nemen. Met een grote hond zou de kamer naar onze mening toch wel erg krap zijn geweest. Op de kamer stond gelukkig een ventilator die voor enige verkoeling zorgde.

Wat we wel jammer vonden, was dat de keuken van het hotel vanaf 1 juli 2026 gesloten bleek te zijn. Hierdoor was het niet mogelijk om 's avonds in het hotel te eten. We moesten daarom uitwijken naar andere restaurants of terrassen. Helaas zijn deze in Rhens niet in overvloed aanwezig, waardoor het soms wat lastig was om een geschikte plek te vinden.

Al met al hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad en waren we vooral erg tevreden over de hygiëne, het ontbijt en de heerlijke bedden. Een fijn hotel met een paar kleine aandachtspunten.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A modern, comfortable and truly outstanding hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.

The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant.

Our room was incredibly spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. Every detail had clearly been carefully thought through. We especially appreciated the wireless charging stations, the stylish interior design and the overall feeling of comfort throughout the room.

The beds were extremely comfortable, with excellent high-quality pillows that provided one of the best nights of sleep we've had in a hotel. The bed linen was immaculate, and the room was perfectly maintained.

The bathroom was equally impressive, with a modern design, excellent shower products and fantastic water pressure. After a long day of sightseeing, it was exactly what we needed.

Our room overlooked the street, yet it remained peaceful and comfortable, allowing us to relax completely.

Breakfast was outstanding, offering a generous selection of fresh, delicious and high-quality products. It was the perfect way to start the day.

Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, helpful and professional, contributing to a genuinely pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay.

This hotel perfectly combines modern comfort, elegant design, excellent service and outstanding cleanliness. We could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Koblenz area.

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt in de tuin. Hondvriendelijk.

Cons:

Wij hadden een familiekamer, echter geen airco (wel een ventilator) waardoor erg warm. In het het hotel kon bij aankomst niet (meer) gegeten worden, in het dorpje was slechts 1 restaurantje (kebab).
