Schönes, gut gelegenes Hotel in Yogyakarta
Pros:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war groß - lokale, aber auch westliche Speisen wurden angeboten. Zum Teil wurde das Essen frisch auf Bestellung zubereitet. Es gab immer Live Musik.
Die Größe des Zimmers war in Ordnung, wir hatten auch einen kleinen Balkon.
Die Mitarbeitenden waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend, gerade als wir das falsche Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen hatten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war wegen der Holzverkleidung an den Wänden etwas zu dunkel.
Die Preise für den Wäscheservice sind sehr hoch.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and the hotel was well maintained with a wonderful breakfast.

Cons:

There are two parts to the hotel and if you are unlucky and in the first part the traffic noise is horrendous. Ear plugs do not work. To be moved to the back they were going to charge more however after being at the front desk twice and finally moving at midnight they didn’t charge.

A great experience
Pros:

The ambience is amazing, there is so much authentic art and it is preserved well, it is like stepping back in time.

Cons:

The elevator was out of order the entire time, even though some of the bathroom was old, I would have liked the sink, tap and surrounds to be cleaner.

Très bel établissement dans un style ancien avec un personnel extrêmement gentil
Pros:

Un hotel chargé d’histoire passée, avec une très belle carte au restaurant pour dîner comme au petit déjeuner. Le personnel est adorable

Cons:

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas.

The best hotel experience in all my travels (and they are extensive)
Pros:

from pulling up to the front door, and entering the hotel, I was blown away. I felt as if I had been transported back in time, with all current day amenities. This is truly a once in a lifetime experience, shared with my adult daughter and her friend. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and cannot imagine why anyone would stay anywhere else.

Pros:

住了五晚，整体都挺不错的，性价比非常好。员工友善且能够解决问题。每天都在酒店吃早餐，另外也尝试了午餐和晚餐，我认为餐厅水平中上，能够提供对当地特有食物的基本认知，很适合作为落地的第一餐。正餐时甚至有佳美兰伴奏！晚餐有时候会有烧烤自助。酒店有游泳池，不过我没有去用过。

Pros:

Dit hotel was qua accommodatie wel de grootste verrassing van mijn reis. Prachtig met heerlijke sfeer van koloniale grandeur, fantastische kamer. Je loopt zo naar het gebied met de eettentjes, warungs, winkeltjes en Jalan Malioboro. Heerlijk eten en waanzinnig uitgebreid ontbijt. Zo jammer dat ik niet langer had ingepland.

I want to come back tomorrow.
Pros:

Every member of staff treated us with respect and courtesy at every opportunity during our time with you. I would like to extend my personal gratitude to Ayunda in the restaurant for being so thoughtful, caring and welcoming. One breakfast service she noticed that we were sitting at a table that was in the glare of sunlight. In hindsight, I realise that she had noticed the sunlight on us and, as soon as another table became available, Ayunda offered to move us, which she did. A short time later, the same thing was happening with the sun and she kindly offered to move us again but we were coming to the end of our meal and getting ready to leave anyway. This level of treatment was above and beyond our expectations.

I also understand that Ayunda is on the training program and I think she will become a valuable member of staff and I wish her all the success she deserves in the future. Thank you.

暖かい対応を受けることができた宿泊
Pros:

スタッフの皆様が、いつも笑顔でとてもフレンドリーに対応していただきました。
朝食や、1食は夕食もいただきましたが、味もおいしく、また食堂のスタッフの皆様もとても親切でフレンドリーでした。また、価格もリーズナブルでした。
ロケーションも素晴らしく、マリオポロ通りには徒歩で行けましたし、ホテルの周辺に良いレストランやカフェが多数ありました。

Cons:

唯一上げるとしたら、シャンプーとコンディショナーは別々のもののほうがよかったです。
