Personale pessimo, ho pagato una camera per tre persone e mi hanno detto che dovevo aprire io il divano letto e farmi il letto da sola perché loro non offrono quel servizio. Ovviamente durante il check in non mi hanno avvisato della cosa e non c’era scritto da nessuna parte. Me l’hanno detto solo quando sono andata a chiedere quando avrebbero messo il terzo letto. Non mi è mai capitato prima che in un albergo mi facessero fare il letto.
