We love the food and the kitchen staff! Everyone overall was pretty kind!

Cons:

The elevator system was down the first couple of days.It was better once it got fixed! I wish you had free breakfasts station with a coffee bar🤸🏾🙏🏾

next to hospitals
Pros:

Location was just what the doctor ordered. Medical procedure in the morning and hospital/clinic was a half a block away. Slept most of the next day with no interruptions.

Overall the hotel was really a nice hotel and felt very safe. It’s only 5 minutes from MD Anderson. That’s the reason
Pros:

Very clean and beds were so comfortable!

Cons:

The staff was not together on anything. I had to extend my stay but I had to go through the hotel to keep the same room. They gave me a price of $114 but I got a call today and was told that was incorrect it would be $146. That’s pretty sad when the first 2 nights were $92. It seems like they need to do some training.
