Everything: Cleanliness, spacious rooms, timely shuttle service, friendly & helpful staff. Food at the Bistro was very good, well seasoned - friendly service. Nice spacious lobby with a lot of sitting area. Great location! They have a pool but I didn't have the time to enjoy it. Maybe next time. Would definitely return to & recommend.

Cons:

No free breakfast: $14 charge per person & had to pay nightly charge for parking.

The hotel and staff were excellent.
Pros:

The staff, especially Sydnee, was courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly! The facility is easy in and out and close to all medical locations in the Houston medical district. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times.

Cons:

Too many taxes! State, county and city. Parking fee is unacceptable when you are already paying for a room!

Nice, convenient hotel near my hospital stay
Pros:

It was very clean. Very little noise. Front desk staff were friends and known of the area.

Cons:

Paying $10 for parking

Cozy & comfortable.
Pros:

Food was extremely good & service was excellent. Bed & pillows were very comfortable and the comforter was the perfect weight. Shower head was the best ever.

Cons:

Attempted to leave parking area way I came in & sat forever punching buttons to make arm lift because no one told me I needed to circle out through back. This information should have been relayed at front desk.

Pros:

Location was great had a concert to go to at the nrg stadium and for the price was really good for the one day we stayed.

Cons:

Only thing was there was no trash bags in the room for trash can other then that everything was great.
