I look forward to returning during the season to enjoy the pool and explore the town and beach.
Pros:

The gardens, view, and room could not have been improved.

Cons:

The next visit I will ask the staff for some help navigating the breakfast ordering and room service usage. Even understand that the kitchen has earned a star designation with all that hard work and dedication at the end of the day the staff needs to please it’s guests. Formality and quantity do not replace solid skills and quality. Less is more.

Very special: property, staff, service.

Cons:

The breakfast was very the same every day and limited. Some variation would be preferable and more choice Eg: cereals, berries, yogurt, cold meats, cheeses etc.
We stayed in the new rooms by the new pool. Both are great but 126 steps up (and down) from the main property and restaurant. Fine for us but should have been ahead of booking. Some people would not be able to cope with that amount of hill!

Pros:

昨年に引き続き泊まりに行きました。とにかくロケーションは素晴らしく、プールも綺麗だし、申し分のない設備だと思います。

Cons:

バスローブの交換がない、バスタオルの交換がない、など、日によってムラがあります。去年はそう事はなかったのですが、今年はコスダウンのせいかそういうことになったのですかね。

We saw a mice in our room and the staff acted like as it was our fault or we were lying.
They behaved like nothing happened . No apologies . They just changed our room, actually they downgraded our room
