The advertised breakfast rate is only applicable if breakfast is pre-booked at the time of booking the apartment. Breakfast costs GBP £19.95 pp and £15.00 for 4-12 year old.
Please note that a housekeeping service is only available on request, and is subject to an additional charge. If you would like to change your towels there is a charge of GBP 15, if you wish to have the apartment cleaned during your stay there is a charge of GBP 25 for a one-bedroom apartment and GBP 35 for a 2 bedroom-apartment.
Access to a pool slot is only guaranteed when you book a treatment at Spa6. The gym is open in one hour slots from 08:00 - 21:00, with a maximum of 13 people in the gym at any one time.
The hotel restaurant will not be available from the 24 December until 26 December, and the 31 December. The Old Boathouse pub will have limited opening times; advance bookings are essential.
Please note that the restaurant is booked for private events during some dates in December, please contact the property directly for further information.
During your stay the facilities of Spa 6 are available:
- Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 09:30 and 17:00 until 22:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 07:30 until 09:30 and 17:00 until 21:00
Please note that children under the age of 2 are not permitted to use the hotel pool due to the Hydrotherapy Jets within the Pool.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are not permitted to use the Jacuzzi, water fountains or hydro elements of the pool.
Pet friendly rooms are the ground floor apartments without a balcony. There is a charge of GBP 30 per dog, and a maximum of 2 dogs per apartment. Please confirm with the property at the time of booking.

“The property was clean and comfortable, with a very cosy bed. The location was excellent, being close to Cirencester and nearby tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and worked very hard.”
Only one small issue — we struggled to find parking when we arrived in the dark. The next day we realised there were plenty of parking areas available. Perhaps clearer signage, such as ‘more parking this way,’ would be helpful for guests arriving later in the day.”

The 2 bed apartment was very spacious and had necessary kitchen equipment.
Unfortunately the kitchen wasn’t very clean but this was resolved very quickly once we had called the reception about it.

The information about the pool is sketchy - you can just turn up & not pay the £10 charge provided there is room but the information available doesn’t tell you that. Also, the breakfast charge is extortionate!

Lovely location. Great studio apartment.
Shower head too high and unable to adjust no option but to get hair wet! Add shower caps. Flooded walkways unable to pass. No hotel information in room ie room service and restaurant menus.
Spacious comfortable apartment with good kitchen facilities and lovely views across the lakes.
No plugs by the bed and no smart TV, had to watch terrestrial, forgot how annoying adverts are!

Loved the location, the apartment was great. Had everything you would need for a couple of days say.
Access to the swim facilities were hard as the spaces allocated filled up very quickly for the size of the hotel. And additional £10charge seemed extremely high.
