no parking as promised and did not inform the customer

i choose this hotel because i saw on social media that this hotel has parking.

Cons:

sadly, during the day i stay there is no parking like how it used to be mentioned on social media. plus i need to pay rm30 extra for outside parking with urine smells at the parking lots. the hotel did not pay for outside parking. bukit bintang is a crowded place and very hard to find a great place that we can trust for our vehicle safety.

Repair the blind

The room cozy good and clean.... Easy to access

Cons:

Please repair blind inside bathroom room 303...other can see on the outside i was taking the bath.... I was expecting to see the view not me be the view... Then there a male staff when I'm complaining he ask me back what to do not suggesting a solution.... Please do training your staff...
