الموقع ممتاز والتكيف ممتاز يجب العمل على توسيع الغرف و إضافة ثلاجه
Pros:

يوجد مكواه في الطابق وكولر ماء موقع رائع جدا و تكيف جيد.كما انه لا يمكن لأحد الصعود الى الغرف عن طريق المصعد بدون كرت وهذا شيئ يشعر النزيل بأمان

Cons:

الغرفه صغيره جدا و مطله على مباني قيد الانشاء وازعاج و لا يوجد ثلاجه والحمام رائحته رطوبه ويوجد بالغرف والحمام حشرات. و القهوه سيئة جدا. طلبنا من الاستقبال تغير الغرفه فقالت لنا هكذا تكون غرف بوكينج

Affordable strategic hotel
Pros:

Its very strategic because its at center of Bukit Bintang and nearby a very delicious Halab Shawarma. Then You can also walk to Jalan Alor/KLCC and everything is walkable. Got 2 receptionist one is like a little soft (hes a guy) but hes funny and kind, with the another partner. He will say good evening etc. when we came back but theres one lady eeceptionist not so young quite agitated spoke as if we’re dumb or something.

Cons:

Old aircond, slow to cool but not a big issue because of strategic location. Just that lady receptionist

Overall I like the location, hope the housekeeping looks into improving the cleanliness.
Pros:

What I like most is the location - very convenient to walk to malls.

Cons:

Cleanliness needs to be improved. Pillow very lumpy needs to be replaced.
