Cockroach in the bathroom
Pros:

The location with it being a few minutes walk from the Bukit Bintang station and close to the food markets/shopping.

Cons:

When we woke up the first morning, I found a cockroach in our bathroom so complained to reception that we wanted either to move room or a refund. We were reluctantly moved room (with the staff not seeming surprised that we found a cockroach concerningly), which was a slightly bigger room, but this new room smelt of smoke. We told this to reception who came up and sprayed the room with an air freshener but the smell came back again the next day. We got the feeling that the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly enough, and that cockroaches were a common occurrence!

Cons:

The hotel was not comfortable we reached after long trip to our room there was smoking smell inside the room coming from the other rooms, I told the staff about it they said if we catch the person who smokes will give him fine so they dont have any devices to discover smoking or proper solutions. I booked 3 nights and paid then I had to leave after the first night unfortunately.

The property is located in a beautiful area. However, because there was construction going on nearby, there were constantly construction machines and workers in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The room was very poorly cleaned. The toilet hadn't been cleaned at all.
