No breakfast provided and disappointed with reason no restaurant , can management look into it in room provided single bed, and sent receptionist ugrade customer service .

It was in a good location right in the center of the city. Very walkable and rooms were comfortable

I found a cockroach in my room and the staff did absolutely nothing about it. And told me cockroaches are very normal in Kuala Lumpur

Pros:

Great location if your visting changkat! Walking distance to the night market, time square, pavilion ect. The staff were amazing. Super friendly!

Only book this place if you’re going to be out all day. Great location but not a place for relaxing.

Great location, close to everything you need

Cons:

Staff was a bit dismissive. The first room I was in was quite dirty with ants. Depending on the room you would be facing an active construction site. I had a city view that’s basically just front row seats to the construction. When I brought it up with the staff they try to gaslight me at first and said there’s no construction and when I kept insisting they decided to move me… to another room with the same issue. At least the second room was cleaner with no ants. Only a place to sleep and that’s it.
