Pros:

Kitchenette in the room with utensils and cups is nice to have. Big rooms too!

Cons:

A little more variety at breakfast would be nice. Maybe switching the eggs up each day, using non-powdered eggs too.

For less then 10 hours it just seems lacking staff and when you call and ask for something and want the top to get away
Cons:

Very slow and people were saying they were having credit card issues. Raises a red flag. Slow entry and lined up behind me. Wanted to buy something cash and they had to come to my room after 9pm to get it and wanted to take a shower and go to bed. Long exhausting day and trying to come once a day.
They did not want a deposit but then they charged me to the full amount??? I said debit. He said no. I would have paid the whole thing that night and just used my credit card for a deposit. Nope. They have 3 machines going. Two for visa and one for cash??? Made no sense.
Called around 2pm to say put me on the top floor. No problem. They say we updated your room and can do this. I get there and lower floor. I don’t want the updated room and send me to the top floor. Rooms are full of hockey players and kids are running the halls and have to call security many times. Really noisy on the high way side. I was checked out by 9am. Breakfast was good.

Great stay when connecting with family & friends
Pros:

The staff were very good. When a couple of issues were pointed out, they were addressed immediately. The breakfast was very welcomed. While we were unable to attend, a Wednesday night social event was a great gesture.

Cons:

There were no hooks on the back of bathroom door or towel rails to hang towels when not in use. There was no hot tub or whirlpool in the fitness areas. There was no kettle in the kitchen.

Pros:

Location and a some of front desk staff especially the 2 ladies working there; nice and cooperative.

Cons:

Checked in on Jan 20 and out on Jan 23 and my room was not cleaned. I went to front desk to let them know and I was out of towels and Mr. Anuth said if I need towels or to have my room cleaned. Told him I need towels and then changed my mind right away to have my room cleaned. It was close to 4:20 PM and he said, the cleaning staff are too busy cleaning and they might come later; which means after an hour so then I got the towels and left. Such behaviour was not good

Very enjoyable
Pros:

The quality of the property, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness of the rooms were exceptional. The cost was great as well.

Cons:

Proximity to the highway makes for noise, although it was not audible inside the hotel.
