It was clean, and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety including gluten free. Good proximity to the Ajax GO station. Ample free parking. Kids loved the pool and putting green.

I will not stay at this location again due to rude staff.
Pros:

I love this Brand. It is clean crisp and has a kitchen. The beds are comfy and a nice gentleman was texting me to make sure I was enjoying my stay.

Cons:

When I checked out, the lady was extremely rude and mean. She was demanding to know what level of member I am because I was drinking a bottle of water. She rudely told me the water stays in the room and it will be an extra five dollars. She ruined my whole experience. I was there 3 nights and I have been to other Homewood where they give you a bottle of water at check in! She was just a terrible person and should not be in customer service. And she charged my credit card 4.99
