For a 4-Star Hotel I expect not only an clean room, but also a clean balcony if it is in the booking. The last was not the case.

Excellent service, rooms and facilities.
Pros:

A beautiful spot with excellent service and facilities. We went with a small child and a dog and felt very welcome! The food is great and aesthetic as well.

Top-Hotel - sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Tolles stilvolles Hotel in Top-Lage nahe der Autobahn-Ausfahrt. Einzigartig gelegen unterhalb einer Burgruine und viel Grün - ideal für Hundespaziergänge. Zimmer etwas klein, aber sehr schön ausgestattet und dazu ein neues Bad. Besonders hervorzuheben: Nespresso-Maschine und Kühlgerät (Dyson) im Zimmer. Ferner ausgezeichnete Gastronomie mit wunderbarer Terrassenlage. Frühstück bei gutem Wetter im romantischen Innenhof. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Der Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, allerdings zu einem sehr hohen Preis, der deutlich über dem Durchschnitt vergleichbarer Hotels liegt.
