Lots of things to do in the lodge itself! I liked that there was info on basically every plant and flower. Staff were also really kind and friendly!
Not solo traveler friendly! They also force you to eat family style with others and you can't pick your sit. If you're solo then you're forced to be around others and I was put on the head of the table as a single person which made me feel uncomfortable. They're were people i wanted to sit with, but they wouldn't let me. Very frustrating. I was expecting a nice calming evening with my book and the twinkle lights above me, but it was not like that. They also wouldn't let me book ATM cave prior to arrival but didn't explain why until I got there. I booked with another tour company, but they were also being difficult and this hotel redeemed themselves by still getting me there through their company.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the location made access to other attractions very convenient.
The curtains of the rooms don't close completely so I didn't feel very confident about my privacy. Not having a TV in the room was fine, but not having wifi was very inconvenient.
That I couldn’t get any wife at the room
I loved the location, the vibe and the facilities. This is really a special place. It is really a jungle lodge. With the Blue Hole, a short walk, and the rooms being so well thought out, I am hoping to come back soon.
The system to book adventures is problematic. I wish there was a more organized system, say at booking or even at check-in to discuss the different adventures available.
Accommodation and the whole property was amazing, all staff were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.
Food was great, tours were well organised.
We stayed in the jungle bungalows and one night in a treehouse which was brilliant. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Lots of mosquitoes but it’s the jungle! Mozzie coils are provided in the rooms and they have insect repellant in the shop.
The property is amazing!
Rooms were very hot and uncomfortable! And lots of stairs!!!
