Pros:

I stayed at the same property twice in 8 days. I was really upset that my $100 deposit was held for 6 days each, even though I checked out at the front desk. Holding back that $100 each time caused automatic bill pay to reject one of my payments.

If someone checks out at the front desk, then their deposit should be returned right away.

You were able to take the float on my money while depriving me.

The breakfast was horrendous.
