Very nice, great place but not for families
Pros:

Cool place to stay and a great location, it is walkable to the Hollywood Walk of fame

Cons:

Not very family oriented, kids couldn’t use the pool when we checked in at 4pm on Sunday, it’s 21s only. After a very long journey this was disappointing and we were not given any notification of this in advance. Also mid week kids can only use the pool until 6pm. They also can’t enter the bar areas so that makes having nice drink in the bar almost impossible for any one with kids

The bed

Cons:

The refrigerator was small when I hung my tile up. The tile rack came down. It was improperly put up. that the TV wires you could still see they were not hitting and also that the menu guide on the TV was not working. and also the DJ was EDM. It said it was hip-hop. And that when we wanted to go into the restaurant inside the hotel, they said we had to hurry up and make a decision in order to make a reservations, but it was not a lot of people in the restaurant when I went to tell them can I come back and I already said no we're already closed that made no sense. And also parking is $75. That's too expensive. Also, that in the bathroom, the wallpaper was peeling from the bottom up to the ceiling not luxury at all.

Will never stay here again.
Pros:

Cleaning staff thorough and door staff friendly.

Cons:

Tried to charge us twice for resort fee. Front of house rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Water and coffee not refilled in room. Decor very dated.

Pros:

Did like the pool when could get a seat and room was big and bed was comfortable

Cons:

Giving priority to other people over guests many hotels do the complete opposite I feel like this hotel do not honour that

Great location and rooms, they just need to get the service right
Pros:

We stayed in a Studio Suite which was large, great bed and had fabulous views of the Holywood Hills.

Cons:

There are definitely teething problems from the takeover over of the mondrian and becoming a Hilton property. Check- in was chaotic as our booking hadn't migrated across properly and they wanted to put us in a much lower grade room. The bar also had a very poor selection of alcohol which didnt match the menu.

Tired and over rated
Pros:

I’ve stayed here when it was Mondrian and so disappointed this time. Front desk staff hopeless, concierge lazy (standing around and don’t even open hotel door for you), pool area tired, pool lounges uncomfortable. Rooms are psychedelic blue lighting, bathroom tiny, bath/shower awkward. Overall wouldn’t waste my $. Stay at 1 hotel next door.
