Liked the size of the room and the cleanliness.
Rooms were comfortable
We had a very loud portable air con unit in our room as the air con wasnt working .
No one had told us about it or done anything about it
The pool was also closes for maintenance for a day
Breakfast at the restaurant said it finished at 11 but when we got there at 10.30 we were told the chef was on a break .
No compensation was given dor any of these things .

The room was stunning and massive! We had an incredible view, super comfortable beds, massive lounge space and nice bathroom. Staff were very helpful. Was walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Starbucks, shops.
Our toilet clogged a couple of times haha!

The room layout and the view. Overnight front desk staff very helpful and super friendly.
A few items were missing from the room: corkscrew, flatware.
The room was a little worn since my last stay there, such as scratches on the table, worn fabric on the sofas, same with the hallways and lifts. The bathroom was also on the small side.
Price for what you get is excessive, location is not really all that pleasant, Sunset is just a busy street with cars going by, but you can walk to better locations. Staff were a little too aloof and not what I'd call "friendly" while still helpful.

The same music was of 4 songs was playing on repeat in the pool for a long time.

L’unica pecca che segnalo é il servizio della colazione. É un vero peccato perché la colazione inclusa in sé é tra le migliori che abbiamo trovato in giro per il mondo, davvero. Ma i camerieri servono i cappuccini senza portare il cucchiaino, le omelette senza portare le posate. Ci vorrebbe più attenzione in questi dettagli, e il posto sarebbe davvero da 10/10. Comunque nel complesso molto consigliato.
Staff was very nice and showed us to few different available rooms before we had to pick. Location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Upgraded to balcony room which was nice.
Feels like a zombie of a hotel, would never waste my money staying here again. Skybar and pool area is an absolute joke, there was literally nowhere to use our resort credit onsite so we ended up having to waste it. Never got our free included breakfast either. Jacuzzi tub in room did not work. Absolutely horrendous service from Casa Madera in the hotel as well, ended up walking out of the restaurant because nobody would serve us. Couldn't even get a coffee in the morning.
