Terribile
Pros:

Hotel vecchio e malmesso,puzzolente e con un misera manutenzione… aria condizionata anni settanta rumorosissimo e sporco da non credere antigienico…ventilatore a soffitto scricchiolante,poca acqua al lavandino e idrante in doccia,colazione da mensa dei poveri e per finire internet a sbalzi in camera,ci sarebbero altre cose ma lasciamo correre..

Der Rest und vor allem die Tatsache, dass vor der Buchung kein Hinweis auf den defekten Pool erfolgte,
Frühstück miserabel,

Staff were nice, bed was comfortable, place was fairly clean.

Cons:

Heavy cigarette smoke smell in the lobby, patio full of cockroaches, pool was out of service, place seemed run down, paid parking.

Probably not coming back
Pros:

It’s easy to book online and that’s about it.

Cons:

The customer service was pretty terrible, I can see from the last time we stayed they definitely tried to improved things such as serving food in the restaurant and the free breakfast but it’s just not great. The pool was also closed.

i am glad it was only for 1 night!

actually nothing

Cons:

flight was diverted to belize city. hotel had not enough staff so the line-up for registration was several hrs. hotel overbooked on-line. some guests stood in line 2 1/2 hrs and then were told they had no rooms available. so we invited a another roomless guest to sleep in our room. she would have been forced to slept on the lobby couch. no restaurant open ...just a casino for eating. had to check in even our hats to enter the casino to eat. that was weird! when do they clean rooms? oh ya ...if someone books they rush to get it ready

It was fine to stay for one night before heading to the airport. Staff were exceptional
Pros:

It was ocean front, felt safe and staff were friendly.

Cons:

The grounds looked like a dumping spot, the pool has obviously not been up and running for a long time.

Terrible dated and dirty hotel with pictures from a decade ago and in such a decadent shape.
Pros:

There was really nothing to like about this property.

It was dirty, smelly, old and quite frankly border hygienic.
Also, broken glass in the room.

Beautiful lobby.

Cons:

I had old rice for dinner. Yes, I mentioned it. Needed more outlets in the rooms and the ones that are there did not fully charge my electronics. The exercise equipment didn't work. The pool was closed for repairs.

One and done.
Pros:

It was a great idea to have the hotel offer a hotel shuttle to the airport, but...

Cons:

Offering a hotel shuttle is great, unless the people running it are trying to rip off your guests. A taxi from the International airport to your hotel is $30 USD. That's how much you advertise your shuttle for. My flight landed at 9:00pm and when I called I was told I would be charged $50 USD because it was late. I called a taxi driver I know and he said from International to the Ramada is $30USD and I asked other taxis at the airport and guess what they said? $30USD. When I called the front desk and asked why they where trying to charge me the extra $20USD, she just hung up. Having someone trying to pocket an extra $20USD off of me isn't a great business model.

Doesn't deserve credit for customer care
Cons:

Pool was closed for a longer period. Didn't get notified about this until the morning of arrival. The hotel really didn't seem interested in any compensating, that could be of any help to me.
Wasn't able to get breakfast to go, sine I was leasing for an early flight out, even though breakfast was included in the price I paid. I had contacted the hotel to months in advance in order to arrange airport transfer as well, but as I was there, the price for this had suddenly gone up with 20 usd, even though I presend all the information needed. Lastly I needed a cab to take me to a medical centre, and I told the reception that I needed to pay with credit card for the ride, but that information seemed to be forgotten calling the cab right after, so at the end of my ride I had a very annoyed taxi driver, who rally wasn't to blame for anything for only accepting cash that I didn't have.

Quarto de bom tamanho porem foi colocado muito perfume ficanfo quase impossivel gicar dentto fo quarto

O cheiro forte do material de limpeza, ficanfo quase impossivel ficar dentto do quarto, tive de dormir de janrla aberta. Hotel muito degastado pelo tempo
