J’ai aimé les nombreuses animations ( peut être defois un peu trop fort le son ) , la nourriture constamment à disposition, l’Aqua park pour les enfants ils se sont vraiment éclatés, sechoire puissant dans la chambre ( et pas les petit sechoire qui sèche rien qu’on trouve habituellement dans les hôtels) , un petit étendoir sur le balcon, un salon de jardin dans le balcon , le centre d’oludeniz à 2km quand il y a pas de bouchons c’est vraiment le top
Par contre le fait qu’on ne peut pas avoir de fer à repasser à disposition c’est vraiment un problème, obliger de donnerr ces vêtements pour que l’hôtel les repasse moyennant une somme d’argent biensur, le fait que l’animateur parle extrement vite et surtout qu’il parle plus en anglais qu’en turc. Je veux bien comprendre que le majorité des clients sont anglais mais c’est dommage de ne pas laisser en place le turc en priorité et ensuite l’anglais la c’est plutôt l’inverse !
Et enfin pas de service de chicha dans l’hôtel sur cette belle terasse c’est vraiment dommage

Entertainment for kids but best holiday ever
Odalar hergün düzenli olarak temizleniyordu, yemekler ve kahvalti hersey cok iyiydi, eglence ve animasyon gayet iyiydi, resepsiyonda hasan bey extra ilgi ve alakasina cok tesekkür ederim , her konuda yardimci oldu, aquapark cok iyiydi , cocuklu aileler icin cok iyi bi otel.

Ve aquapark da otel müsterisi olmanıza ragmen yiyecek ve içecekler paralıydı, normalde otel müsterisi için ayrı bi atıştırmalık stand olabilirdi

Am avut rezervată o cameră standard cu vedere la pădurea de pini și am primit o cameră cu jacuzzi cu vedere splendidă la mare fără să o solicităm sau să plătim ceva în plus. Am profitat din plin în fiecare zi de priveliștea minunata a mării și muntelui de la balconul camerei în timp ce-mi savuram ceaiul începând de la ivirea zorilor. Mi-a plăcut camera dotată cu tot ce trebuie, la fel si baia în care totul a strălucit de curățenie. Curățenia s-a făcut zilnic și cu mult simț de răspundere. Mâncarea a fost diversificată si de foarte bună calitate. Începând de la recepție și până la femeia de serviciu tot personalul a dat dovadă de profesionalism. Locația resortului este fantastică.

В спа-центре была очень неприятная ситуация. Я заказала и заплатила по за один пакет массажа , а в итоге получила меньший. Потратила время и нервы чтобы получить возврат разницы стоимости, так как не могла по времени уже получить в компенсацию час массажа. В итоге вернули не совсем ту разницу по скидкой, как изначально нам говорили по стоимости. Это сильно испортило впечатление

I had an amazing stay at Orka Sunlife Resort Hotel and Aquapark! The entertainment team was absolutely fantastic — they made every day so much fun. The food was delicious with so many great options. The whole Spa team was wonderful and so professional – a special thank you to TJ from the Spa for the excellent service and kindness. The bartenders were amazing too — always smiling and serving the most delicious mojitos! I truly had a great holiday and would love to come back again!
The food was excellent and we don't understand any bad reviews for this. Fresh fish nearly every day and the most delicious steak and kebabs, and a wonderful selection of veggie dishes and desserts. The view was great from the room and the pool area. The gym was very well equipped. Beds were comfy. Cleaning was done regularly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kids loved the water slides. We were upgraded to a larger room which was great with two kids, with a massive balcony. The entertainment team worked so hard every day and their effort for the Halloween party was impressive. Lovely walks in the woods locally with incredible views of the blue lagoon. All in all this was an amazing value stay.
Lots of people smoking in all the outside areas including the restaurant. The coffee was bad! The bus down to the beach was a bit disorganized on some days. The conference room was used in October for the entertainment instead of the outdoor arena, presumably due to the temperature outside, although it wasn't that cold. This was set up badly and it was difficult to see any of the dancing if not right at the front of the room.
