Tiszta, komfortos és nívós hotel, kedvező áron.
Pros:

A szoba és a hotel tisztasága és minősége, mind anyaghasználatban, mind stílusban és komfortérzetben hozta a brand által hirdetett szintet. Ár-érték arányban szerintem tökéletes választás lehet 1-2 éjszakára. A reggeli és vacsora minősége is átlagon felüli volt. A szoba méretben és felszereltségben felülmúlta az elvárásainkat és meglehetősen otthonosan éreztük magunkat.

Cons:

A személyzet viszonylag kevés figyelmet fordított a vendégekre, a professzionális és tisztelettudó viselkedésen túl, nem tapasztaltunk extra odafigyelést a vendégélményre. Ez valószínűleg betudható a hotel koncepciójának (business hotel), szóval nem ért negatívan az élmény, csak említésre méltó. A személyzet egyébként nagyon profi és kedves volt.

Pros:

Szép szálloda , klassz Skybar. Jól felszerelt. Jó konyha és koktélok.

Cons:

A szállást több részletben terhelték a kártyámra. A három tétel egyezett a végszámlával. Azonban a végső záráskor az első tételt a végősszegre módosították és a másik két tétel könyvelés alatt megjelöléssel függőben maradt. Amikor jeleztem a problémát, a hotel részéről eljáró személy a helyet , hogy bocsánatot kért volna vagy próbált volna megoldást találni, a Hilton hotelhez szerintem nem méltó hangnemben próbált ki oktatni, hogy nem igaz milyen nehézkes vagyok , ez nem az ő hibájuk, nem tehetnek semmit… a bank hibája..többször előfordul … vissza fogom kapni a pénzem. A pénzem 3 hét után valóban vissza rakták a számlára, de az összeget nem a bank módosította . Mivel már többször előfordult , erre a kellemetlen dologra érdemes oda figyelni.
