Pros:

A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó. Közel a belváros és a villamos megálló, amivel könnyen el lehet jutni bárhová a városban.
A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész!
Az egész hotel nagyon szép, minden a vendégek kényelmét szolgálja.
Nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel.

Extreem slechte service door baliemedewerkers, airco werkte niet, beddengoed niet schoon, bakkamer verlichting haperde, zeer matig ontbijt. Hoge kamerprijs. Geen Hilton standaard.

Pros:

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful (everyone), room service was very nice, the location is superb. Valet was very good and the car was pulled out perfectly on time.

Cons:

I had to change rooms because of a bad odor in the bathroom, but reception was super fast and helpful. The pillows are unfortunately terrible (for my taste). The shower had many hairs stuck on the wall. :(
