Short sweet for a rowing event early am.
Pros:

Updated and modern.
A little out of the way…but ok

Cons:

Room was not super clean.
The ottoman in Seating area was dirty. There was hair on the tile in the shower.
The vent in kitchen did not work nor the light.

Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

I like how beautiful and clean this hotel is. Definitely worth every penny, and the bonus is the kitchen inside the room. The staff is very friendly as well, which is always appreciated. I will definitely be returning here

It was good enough but I won't be staying here again.

Breakfast was decent and there was a lot of it. They had some games that my daughter and I played.

Cons:

When we first arrived we went to our room and noticed that door would not lock by itself. Something was wrong with the door jam. I walked up to the front desk and the clerk up front told me someone would be by shortly to help. Once I got back to the room another hotel employee stops me and asks me if my door is broken and I say yes and I show him. He nods and disappears. I wait another 30 minutes and go outside the room again. I spot the same team member and ask about my door. He "attempts" to fix it and then shrugs and leaves. Its still broken. I call the front desk again, she says she'll be there shortly. It almost 9pm. My husband at this point looks around and is able to find something to loosen some screws on the door jam and we get the door to close finally. The front desk clerk comes by and explains they are new locks that were just replaced. Which is fine, but shouldn't someone make sure they actually work?

The indoor pool was FRIGID. Practically unusable. I talked to one member of the hotel staff and they said they would turn the heat up. I talked to another team member and they said it was broken and there was nothing they could do about it. We stayed at this hotel about 3 years back and the pool was warm and we were able to use it. My 4 year old was the MOST excited about this part of staying at this hotel and we chose this hotel again specifically because it had a pool.
