Pros:

Convenient room for a one night stay.

Cons:

I had a service animal and I was billed for one. When asked about it the staff got mad and yelled I had two large dogs. I don’t have two large dogs. I was traveling for a funeral to go to and they made this drive terrible. They had no sheets for the sofa bed either.
