Great location, beautiful alpine views, space in room was great for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids), twin bed could fit 1 adult + 1 young kid. Great views at the dining space. Security guy- Irfan Kasana was polite and helpful.
The bathroom could be cleaner. I noticed the area below the mirror was dirty and not cleaned properly. Staff didnt restock coffee after cleaning. I expected food buffet to be better- sometimes food was not replenished fast enough and options feels limited, there should be some more western fare. When we wanted to order in, spaghetti, sandwiches were not available. We also wanted to extend another night's stay at Sheraton - on Booking.com it states it was availble but staff immediately said unavailable without making any effort to check and verify, even after we said it is available.

The room was extremely congested, making the stay quite uncomfortable. The buffet was poorly managed, with inadequate arrangements and service. The room was not properly cleaned, and the toiletries provided were insufficient for the number of guests. Overall, considering the price we paid, the facilities and service fell well below expectations and did not offer good value for money.

Location of this property is so so good. Had amazing view from the balcony of our room. The view of the valley is mesmerising.

I really like the staff and how they served us our meals with top class hospitality.
We had to wait for 3 hours to get drinking water and landlines werent working.
Beautiful property with amazing views. The hospitality was really good. I enjoyed the breakfast spread. The balcony had really good views. Words cannot explain how impressed i was.
