I really like the staff and how they served us our meals with top class hospitality.
We had to wait for 3 hours to get drinking water and landlines werent working.
Beautiful property with amazing views. The hospitality was really good. I enjoyed the breakfast spread. The balcony had really good views. Words cannot explain how impressed i was.

Beautiful property in a stunning location! Food and breakfast can be improved. Not much to do at the property — they could do with some local music performance or some kind of event or give bonfire complimentary because it can get boring!
Food could be improved. Bathroom doors don’t close or lock properly. Overall service was okay but slow. Food served in rooms could be covered to avoid getting cold.

The location
Considering the hotel is only 15 months old, it didn’t look new. The workmanship on the property- bathroom grouting, painting, craftsmanship is poor for an international brand such as Sheraton.
The dinner in the restaurant was poor so was the quality of the service from the Receptionist.

Dinner serving was very slow, Tourists were most concerned than the locals.
And it happened for lunch and dinner both.
Poor service as the service was too late had to wait for 50 minutes to get served. Thanks
Nothing except it's location but there are more property near to this with same of better view it's a shame on the name of sheraton
It's like 2 star property, tiles are broken, bathroom are dirty water blocking
Staff is courteous but won’t go extra mile
The fact that there is no AC though fan was provided and there is no option to have windows open. It gets very hot and suffocating in the rooms. I booked for two days but had to leave just after one day since my son got sick and wasn’t sure if hotel could have helped so I left.
Overall not worth the brand Sheraton for sure
The beautiful location,their welcome and food.
Unfortunately due to local problems,very less occupancy.
